Hi po. Im sure naask naman na po eto before, if 491 po basta magstay lang naman po sa designated regional area regardless kung category 2 or category 3 po?

Yung category 2 po kasi, cities and major regional centers po.

Depende kung ano klaseng 491 Visa ang hawak mo. Check sa visa conditions just to be sure. 491 Family sponsored pwede lahat except Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Yung 491 State Sponsored. Pwede ka lumipat if napprove yun sulat mo na nagpaparelease ka na sa state na yun then lipat ka except Brisbane, and Melbourne

nag lodge cya ng EOI sa NSW recently through his agency.
ang tanong: hindi nya na update yung agency na bago cya work. ano ba dapat gawin? pwede ba mag update kapag mai ITA na? and how will it affect his application?

Ano po ibig sabihin nung sa first bullet for people not yet residing in WA? Required ba na mag move ng OZ within 3mons upon approval ng Visa? Kasi nxt yr pa po namin plan pumunta na OZ. Thank you po sa makakasagot🙏🏻

Balita ko ang mga nag ssponsor na state mas humigpit na sa pagcheck whether you actually stayed within the state, so take this into consideration kasi not following the state sponsorship rules could have negative effects on your visa later on

Sorry I'm not the best person to answer this - hindi state sponsored ang visa ko so I never bothered to know the finer points, just the basic knowledge lang. Let's wait for others na state sponsored.

Yes, meron: https://api.dynamic.reports.employment.gov.au/anonap/extensions/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data.html EOI data yan na official. You can filter by occupation. So I can say, maximise your points and try your luck if you want.

as some were refused full nomination to 491 pre-invites from FY23 - candidates who had already submitted declarations.
The reason cited is the FY24 low allocation.

Hi, ask ko lang po if I have a total of 70pts so far (proficient PTE) is there a chance po para ma invite for SC 190? Nominated skill po is Telecom Network Engr. TIA.

70pts is a tough playing field, you have a lot of competition in your skill, with higher points. Rule of thumb that my agent taught me is to exhaust all potential points. Strive for Superior PTE so you get additional 10pts, then try NAATI CCL exam to get 5pts. That will bring you up to a better spot at 85pts.

Unfortunately not for the current financial year. It’s pretty tight this year. Less allocations given by the government. Victoria is even closing in January

Nainvite sya for** NSW 190 skilled nomination**. However, nung ipapasa na yung requirements, nakita namin na mandatory ang Employment contracts, Superannuation payments, Bank Statements.

The problem is wala na po yung Employment Contract sa isang dating na napasukan nya. Meron lang syang contract ng company nya now pero Iba yung nakasulat sa Title and Job responsibilities vs sa Actual Employment reference nya na naassess ng ACS.

Questions:
1) Ok lang ba na walang maipasa na employment contract, pero merong Employment Reference, ITR, Bank Statement, Payslips?

2) Ano po bang pwedeng maipasa for Superannuation payment document, ano equivalent na document nun sa Philippines?
