NBI police clearance is required only if you reside in the Phils. However, if you lived also in other countries (for at least 12 months in the last 10 years), they might also required the police checks from those countries.

Paano naman po kapag onshore with temporary visa then yung nbi clearance ay nagexpire? 4 months pa lang po ako sa Oz. Magrerenew po sana ako para gamitin sa next application ng visa. I lived in the PH my whole life recently lang po rito sa Oz. Kailangan pa po bang palitan yung address sa nbi clearance or di naman po necessary na gawin ito?

Hello po, maglo-lodge po sana ako for 190, okay lang po ba na magkaiba yung date of admission na ilagay ko sa EOI at dun sa naipasa ko sa assessing body? Sa assessment ko po kasi october 11,2011 yung nalagay ko, june pala dapat. Any advise po? I-pareho ko nalang or magkaiba po? Salamat po

Pero sa TOR ko po kasi iba din yung admission date ko kasi transferee ako, bale mqy nakalagay lang dun na from 1st school ko tas nagstart na ng school year 2011.

Another question po, pag po sa point calculator 85 po yung points ko. Pero dun sa EOI (190) ang total 90, san po kaya nanggaling yung +5? Wala naman po ako dinagdag na iba, si pa din aabot ng 8yrs exp ko kahit currently employed ako. Kaya di ko rin masubmit kasi di ko alam san galing yung 5pts. Thank you po

November 28 ako nag submit and up to now waiting for ITA. Sana wala naman problem sa application ko. Thank you in advance to anyone na makapag confirm.

Hello po. Baka may similar case po sa mga gumawa po ng ImmiAccount, pano nyo po ininput sa forms ang 'Ñ'? Can i just use 'N' po? Meron po kasi akong 'Ñ' sa middlename pero nag eerror sya sa form input. TIA.

wala naman po tumawag saken. afaik they will email if they need additional details. nakaka praning talaga yung waiting time. pero parating na yan! []~(￣▽￣)~*

Ask ko na din po. Need po ba ng ITR sa mga susunod na steps? At need po ba na updated ang contributions? Bale part-time po kasi ako ngayon, at hindi ako nadedeductan ng mga yan po. Pero non-taxable naman po ako sweldo ko.

what do you mean next steps po? nasan stage na po ba kayo?

ITR is solid proof of payment evidence. pero may mga ibang options din naman if you cant provide it. explore mo na lang.

with deductions, yes... lalo na if youre claiming points dun sa work experience na yun. hindi ko alam pano pag part time though. research mo na lang po

Since sept last year until now di po ako nadedeductan ng contributions kasi po hindi ako full-time employee. Kaya iniisip ko baka yun lang yung option na hingin na requirements eh wala po ako mapakita.

nag claim po ba kayo ng points sa current company nyo (part time)? If hindi naman, no need to worry at wala need isubmit ns documents. Ang need lang po yung work experience nyo na nagclaim kayo ng points.

kung ano sinubmit mo nung nagpa assess ka ng skills, you can use those.

pero ayun nga, unless mag claim ka ng points dyan sa part time mo, then you need updated references and current payment evidences.

since na-assess na po pala sya ni assessing body nyo ay i-indicate nyo po, then provide nyo na lang lahat ng documents na sinubmit nyo kay assessing body.

No problem po. Use regular "N" in all forms. It should be same as your passport, NBI, etc.

Thank you! What if yun NSO copy lang po yun may scanned colour ako. Photocopy lang kasi yun PSA na meron ako now. With the upcoming christmas break, I am not sure kung makakarequest pa ako soon ng PSA na coloured, pero I will still try. Anyway, will the NSO scanned copy (colored) suffice po ba? Thanks po ulit.
