It's a notification you get when your visa application gets assigned to a case officer and they start reviewing your requirements/documents. Not everyone gets it; I don't know kung anong basis nila sa pagmove ng application to commencement. But some go straight to grant, others get a commencement email first.

A simple google search will give you some answers, pero eto ang isang reason kung bakit mas ok mag hire ng registered agent to do all the paper works for you.

Happy New Year po. Sa pag-apply po ng Visa 190, okay lang po ba walang payslips dun sa isa sa employer ko? ITR, COE, SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth lang po ang meron ako. And if ever po san po document type papasok si SSS, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth? Thank you po.

Hello po! The same thing happened po sakin sa PTE. Not sure po if mahigpit sila sa middle name but just to be sure, pinacorrect ko nalang po yung sakin. Mag email lang po kayo sa kanila and they will ask you po to submit a copy of your passport. Tapos icocorrect na po nila. 😊

We (as a couple) were granted visas without the Middle Name on the EOI and visa application initially. Our documents are as follow:

PTE - with middle name
Skills Assessment - no middle name
Employment references, pay slips, tax documents, etc - inconsistent, may or may not have middle name
Form 80 - added a format in the Given Name field
** [First Name] Juan [Mother's Maiden Surname] Marasigan for me,
** then for wife [First Name] Juana [Maiden Surname] Santos

The result was in the end, our EOI and visa application were amended by DHA themselves and they added the middle name onto them. The grant letters included the middle name as well.

I think, matalino naman ang DHA pagdating sa ganyan. As long as all your documents are legitimate and consistent at bare minimum on first and last name, walang magiging problema sa application.

Now onshore, we chose to be more consistent after the grant with all our Australian documents always include the middle name when asked. Otherwise, we just provide first and last names.
