Meron po sya nakalagay sa email nya.. ito po “When submitting your 190 EOI nominate one State only. If you leave it open to all States you will not be invited.”

It will be the second one - from another educational institution. Nothing to do with skills assessing authority. Thus us where CEP comes into place.

    Hope that helps

Pwede ka pa din mag submit for SA and VIC via separate EOIs.

Hello. Need your opinion about our case po. I have a migrating spouse who is 47yo with proficient english test. Is there still a chance that we can be invited under skilled visa? Im 35 and with valid acs assessment (business analyst) and proficient english too. Any insight if we should expect pa ba or wag nalang masyadong umasa? Any other path you can suggest? Thank you.

30 years old.

Mag statutory declaration po kayo and attach your employment contract, old COE, payslips, ITR at bank statement.

meron po ba kayo sample ng statutory declaration? balak ko din po kc yan gawin with my other employers na ayaw magbigay ng COE/JOB Description and ung sa MBA ko po na ayaw din mag bigay ng course description po.

AFAIK, yung age limit applies to the primary applicant. So if ikaw mag submit, alam ko pwede pa.

Thanks sa pagreply @whimpee. I appreciate it. Baka kasi masayang in the end kung hindi mabibigyan ng chance because of age.

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

I've completed my EOI applications last Dec.2023, I'm doing DIY application for now. May question lang ako kung sino may same scenario kasi Civil Engr. ang nominated occupation ko pero Quantity Surveyor (QS) talaga ang experience ko for the last 10 yrs dito sa Singapore. I claimed 15 points dun sa EOI since kahit di Civil Engineer ang title ko eh same unit group naman sila ng QS under 2332.

Sino po sainyo may same experience na nag claimed ng working experience points sa same unit group at di sa nominated occupation nyo? ok lang po ba yun? Thanks in advance.

Thank you @RheaMARN1171933 for your response. Drafted 190 nsw eoi today and i got plus 5 points because partner has proficient english (to be used for SV sana). Hindi po ba yun counted? When i selected partner's bday, checkbox for skills assessment was removed automatically. In our case, is it ok to pursue skilled visa or consider student? Thank you.

Hello po. I could use some help po. Planning to apply for 189/190/491. I have 6 years of experience as a part-time University Lecturer under the Engg department. I am claiming points here with experience 5-8 years which is 10 points. Question ko po is, credited ba yung experience ko na eto kahit na part-time job sya? I dont have any other job than this during my stint. Also counted ba sya as experience kahit na hindi sya yung usual occupation ng isang Engineer? Thank you po.

Needs to be at least 20 hours per week to claim points. Also you have to find a suitable occupation for that. Not sure if being a lecturer qualifies you to nominate Civil Engineer, or any Engineering occupation for that matter, as your occupation.

    Hello po
May naka experience na po ba na yung bank mismo yung magbabayad for my visa application? Yung kukunin nalang po yung bank account ng pagbabayaran sa visa then Bank of commerce nalang yung magtratransfer from my acc to immigration?
Pumunta po kasi ako sa Bank of Commerce and hindi daw nila mataasan yung purchasing limit ko. Kung gagawa ako ng bagong account sa ibang bank is baka matagal pa before maactivate.

    Hello po
May naka experience na po ba na yung bank mismo yung magbabayad for my visa application? Yung kukunin nalang po yung bank account ng pagbabayaran sa visa then Bank of commerce nalang yung magtratransfer from my acc to immigration?
Pumunta po kasi ako sa Bank of Commerce and hindi daw nila mataasan yung purchasing limit ko. Kung gagawa ako ng bagong account sa ibang bank is baka matagal pa before maactivate.

Parang BPAY yung fit for you based on my research:

Add ko din, kung pwde po ba ang UNIONBANK DEBIT CARD? or may nakatry na po ba dito hindi credit card ang ginamit to pay the VISA? Thank you

Should be okay as long as VISA or MASTERCARD. Dapat lang kaya ng limit, if there's any, yung transaction. In that case, coordinate with the bank.

University Lecturer pala is on the list. This might be a better option for you.

Follow-up lang po. do I need to be assessed by Engineers Australia or sa Vetassess po? Also once assessed does it mean that this is also the occupation na ipapractice ko given ma grant ako ng visa? Thank you po.

Once granted ka na for 189/190, you can work sa kahit anong job na gusto mo don. It will help to use your previous experience pero not required. You can change careers and all that.

Thank you po ulit.

What if my employment is outside of last five years and I have no additional information to add for the renewal process?

Employment that is outside of the last five years cannot be accepted and will not meet the skills assessment requirements.

Ibig sabihin po ba nito, employment that does not fall within the last five years are deemed to be irrelevant sa assessment? Eh how about po sa points na ikeclaim kapag may experience na 5 to 8 years under visa 189/190/49. Ibig sabihin po maximum na makeclaim ng mga VETASSESS assessed people will only be 5 years of experience? since ang icocount lang nila is your experience within the last 5 years?

Another question, tama ba na hindi nirerequire ni VETASSESS na may English test result during the skills assessment?

    Thank you po.

What I understand from this is that to be qualified for assessment as lecturer, dapat naging occupation mo ito in the recent 5 years. If so, then possible pa din ma assess ng 10 years if you present the requirements. If let's say, yung last time na naging lecturer ka was 6 years ago, hindi ka qualified to nominate that occupation.
