Mag lodge na po sana ako ng 190 visa, kaso ung work experience letter ko sa dati ko na company ndi updated, eto po ung company na kasama sa assessment ng ACS, pwede ko pa din ba i-submit ung same work experience letter ko? kahit ng resign na ako nung 2021, pero sa EOI naman wala naman issue kasi na update ko ung information bago pa ako naka tanggap ng pre-invite.

Kasi ung nakalagay sa work experience letter "currently employed" kahit resign na ako at nasa iba na ako company, ndi ko na napa update ung HR hindi ng respond sa email

You can attach additional supporting documents if meron kang certificates like COE , mahirap na kasi iupdate pag naka exit na , HRs don’t entertain unless you still have contacts from superiors in good rapport and try to influence yung HR 😆

Meron naman, nasa akin po ung contract, payslips tsaka ung super, kaya nga po ang hirap ndi talaga sila ng re-respond . So okay pa din po i-attach ung lumang work experience letter basta kasama ung ibang proof ng documents? or hindi ko na lang i-attach?

Yes. PDOS is the seminar through which you can get your registration and certificate sa Commission on Filipinos Overseas. Not an offering but a requirement. That’s right PDOS is basically an orientation for Filipinos emigrating abroad, kasama dito mga AU PRs. The aim I believe is to introduce you to the country you’re emigrating to, para may alam ka and makaassimilate ka sa new culture pagpunta mo.

Hindi po ba magiging red flag ako sa nominating state if makita nila na may application ako sa ibang states? Dapat po ba isa or dalawa lang? Parang ang dami po kasi nung 4. Thank you so much po

As long as you are eligible apply lang, EOI is not yet an application, once you are nominated by a state you should cease seeking nomination to another state for the same subclass- that is where it gets tricky naman.
You can still apply but for another subclass in another state is ok.

Not really but separate the EOIs. Some states, gusto nila sila lang ang sinelect mo sa EOI. Maganda actually na may 4 options ka, it means you are eligible for all and have more chances to be invited by one of those states.

Pag may final invite na ok na mag withdraw ng other EOIs.

1. Sa contact telephone details po ba need lagyan yung home phone at business phone? Mobile number lang po meron ako e.

2. Pag nakapaglodge na po ba and payment, pwede pa po ba mag-upload/attach ng documents? Currently, processing palang kami sa new NBI namin to match our current address for consistency.

It depends on the school you went to. Some schools, English ang official medium of insruction.

1. Your points have changed
2. Your EOI is about to expire. Usually sent 1-2 months before eoi expiry date.

Click the correspondence tab.

I received same emails last Nov2023 because my EOIs are about to expire that time. That looks legit.

Hello po, I clicked po yung correspondence tab and empty po sya. Hindi din naman po nag change yung points ko since, di naman po ako nag birthday recently or nag change yung work experience ko. Di din po maeexpire yung eoi ko kasi kakagawa ko lang po last november.

Ito nga din po ang naiisip ko. Kasi ang weird kaninang madaling araw ko sya nareceive tapos pag open ko ng skillselect walang message tapos wala din pong changes

Oh interesting... Ilan ba yung EOIs mo? Nailog-in mo lahat? Hirap kasi sa email na yan walang stated eoi number.

log in mo lahat ng EOI mo kung marami ka ginawa. since bago pa lang EOI mo, baka sa points nga yung may change
