Anyone po dito naka pag request ng movement records in and out of Pinas sa Immigration sa atin , baka may mashare kayo jan na tips pano kayo nakakuha? TIA

If di pa po naregularize yung OWWA membership you can do it there din naman po sa nearest Embassy , understand that 491 is still an interim visa ,after po nyan you can get OEC by appointment after completing the steps like contract verification for OFWs (direct hires) etc.
Less hassle na din next time na uuwi since if may record na kayo ,you can get OEC by online after that.

Happy New year guys! Wala pa po kasi thread na for child care kaya dito nalang ako mag aask ng question regarding child care. We are on a Visa 190 recently just granted on Victoria and planning to move this May 2024.

Points: 80 Points
EOI submitted: December 12, 2022.
Visa Invitation: January 5, 2023
Visa Lodged: January 30, 2023
Commencement Email received: September 26, 2023
Visa Approved: December 13, 2023.

Electrical Engineer with Civil Engineer spouse and 4 yo kid po.

For childcare Ilang percent po pwede nyo madiscount pag nagavail ng subsidy from VIC?
Sa mga NSW operators it can range 75 to 100 plus AUD per day sa mga nakita ko if no subsidy.

Hello, thank you for this. Diba po ang OEC ay for OFW lang? Kasi yung 491 is a provisional PR visa. Migrant po ito not OFW. Pero may work na din po kasi kami dito kaya naguguluhan din ako.

Yung PDOS is for PR only (189/190 visa) so no need. Yung OEC naman as far as I know, needed na if may work in AU.

May discussions po tungkol sa OEC and they consider 491 holders as OFWs coming from POLO Australia . You can check the thread tinag po kita.

Meron nagsasabi na kapag maraming EOI sa multiple state compare sa isa mas less ung chances ma invite since parang nde genuine daw ung pag stay sa nominating state?

Not at all. I did this and received pre invites both from ACT and NSW with separate EOIs.

Not at all. I did this and received pre invites both from ACT and NSW with separate EOIs.

Hello everyone,
I plan to do DIY sa pag apply ng visa 190.
Pwede po mag ask ng steps? Need ko po maliwanagan ano ang gagawin ko po next.
Na collect ko na po yung mga requirements, pero may inaantay pa ako na skills assessment that I applied for last December.

My husband and me is currently holding visa 482, si hubby ang principal at ako ang dependent.
More than 4 yrs na si hubby dito sa Australia, ako naman almost 2 yrs na.

This time sa Visa 190, ako po mag a-apply as principal, si hubby po ang dependent since 48 na po sya.

Ano po ba ang pagkakasunud-sunod? Mejo di pa clear sakin,
SkillSelect EOI, Bridging Visa A, VIC EOI, upload documents to immiaccount, vic ROI and apply for EOI from VIC

May nabasa po ako na need mag apply ng Brdidging Visa A bago ako mag eoi sa VIC.

Not required na stamped as long as it's the copy issued by your company.

I'm currently living in Victoria for almost 2 years.

Actually, I got my positive skills assessment from aitsl na,
pero waiting pa rin po sa Skilled Employment Statement (SES) from AITSL.
I am a Secondary Mathematics Teacher po, with more than 5 years work experience,
so nasa ANZCO 241411 po occupation ko.

We received Bridging VISA A pagkatapos ng lodging. Magiging available po sya sa immi account.

Once visa lodged, you will receive Bridging Visa A thru Immi account (not sure if Medical need to be completed for this)
Wait for visa grant

2) Best time is now ,time is gold
3) Worry will not get you invited ,applying and trying lang po , make the most out of it since your onshore
4) Skills Assessment is positive then you can claim points for education , SES is optional in case of VIC you can still provide that later on for work experience
5) Your occupation is in priority so expect invites are favorable ,but again ask more questions sa isang thread dito , Filipino Teachers in Australia?

Pero, need po ba yung SES para sa work experience na points?
Yan po ang hinihintay ko na i-release ng aitsl sakin..nagsubmit ako agad ng SES application pagkareceive ko ng positive skills assessment nung December..

Yes you can lodge an EOI already

Is similar in nature for other occupations
is optional to get your employment experience assessed , it does not stop you fr submitting an EOI

Kapag po ba Visa 491 and after 3 years where I can apply for PR, need ba yung naging work ko sa regional area, is related sa occupation that I declared. Example: Chem Engg ako but yung naging work ko related sa sales? Thank you!

You can be sales or work any full time job, anything you want , even uber driver will do.
