Hi all, question. Yung company ko (Accenture) says na hindi sila nagpprovide ng specific role and other info required sa employment reference letter. Kailangan ko na ba magresort to request for Statutory Declarations and Affidavits? Ayoko sana magresort sa ganon kasi parang additional na bayad para lang papirmahan sa representative ng Australian Forein Affairs and sa boss ko. Or baka may nakaexp na ng company na hindi nagpprovide ng required details, if so then please please help kung ano yung process na ginawa nyo. Thanks in Advance!

Hi, dun sa isang company ko ayaw din mag bigay ng detailed COE. Ginawa ko nalang nagpagawa ako ng statutory declaration dun sa isang lead ko before, good thing is mabait at siya pa yung willing tumulong. Medyo abala lang sa side niya kase need pa ipa notarize. I don't think there is other way.

Hi! Ex-ccenture din here. When you request non-standard COE that indicates job descriptions, they usually issue you a certification na hindi ka nila mabibigyan, along with some requirements in case that certification won't really do, like embassy letter or guideline stating na dapat COE with job description talaga. Sa akin, ayaw mag sign ng affidavit ng previous TL ko kasi pinagbawalan ng HR so I had to explore yung other option na binigay nila. Since hindi naman embassy si ACS, I informed them of that and provided yung ACS guideline for the employment reference. That, plus list of job description na ipinapalagay ko sa COE and approval ng Manager(previous TL) or anyone na higher. Need nila mag vouch dun sa job description essentially. Ayon, na-issuehan ako ng COE with those job descriptions.

Yes, attach mo yung email approval, yung job descriptions din kahit na andun na sa email approval. Then attach mo ACS guideline and i-guide mo sila din sa part kung saan stated yung need mong information. Then explain in the request na hindi embassy requirement to but rather a requirement to the skills assessment na gagawin ni ACS.

Tapos as indicated sa last comment ko, here are the steps lang para clearer:
a. Ask your TL for an approval of the job descriptions. Attach the email approval in the response to HR. Tip: Sync your gmail with mail client like Outlook so you can export the email easily.
b. Respond to HR with the approval email, ACS guideline and explanation of why a certificate of explanation for non-issuance can't meet the requirements and insist on the need to indicate the details requested.

baguhin mo na lang yung august date. basically you will start counting fom may 6, 2019
once nag submit ka ng EOI, automatic naman nico-compute ng system
edit: add ko na din, if youre currently working pa rin dyan at intrado, then you can keep counting. so lalabas na 4y 8m 10d (as of today) yung assessed na work exp mo

You can claim lahat yan for 189 and 190 except for NSW

As long as assessed as relevant yung experience, pwede daw i-claim as per my agent. Other agents also said that this is based on the following guideline by DHA when assessing points(see 10.4.1):

The reason for the exclusion ng NSW sa pwede mo pag-claim-an ng experience before the date is because nasa guideline nila na you should only claim work experience after the date you are deemed skilled.
Again, sabi nga ng iba dito, DYOR. Do further research lalo at DIY kayo. Verify the info provided and read the guidelines to the letter para mas better ang interpretation.

Hello! Regarding the date format, strict ba sila na dapat DD/MM/YYYY? Yung binigay kasi ng company is like July 28, 2017. Tapos hindi nag rereply si HR for the change.

Be careful with nsw and act….i heard SA will soon be the same - this isn’t official yet, a fellow agent just mentioned. Basically, if you’re not too confident, safe to just follow the deemed skilled date

Hello everyone!
Newbie here. Isa din po ako sa mga nangangarap makapunta ng AU.
I just want to ask lang po kasi medyo hesitant akong magpaskills assessment sa ACS. I'm a ComSci grad.
Current work ko po now is Senior Business Analyst. Mag 7 months palang ako ngayon. Pero previous work ko po is Quality Analyst (2 yrs and 8 months) and Data Analyst (3 yrs and 10 months) in same company. Pwede po kaya sila marelate? Iniisip ko pa yung company ko is generic COE lang ang binibigay and ayaw ng manager ko magsign sa stat dec if ever magapply ako for skills assessment.
Hoping ako sa mga inputs nyo po.

No idea if pwd marelate yung sa previous careers; pero yung sa CEO, yun yung madali lang.
I suggest gumawa ka ng sarili mong job description (copy ka nalang online or chat-gpt or basta something similar dun sa ANZSCO code na JD). Tapos pag mag rerequest ka na ng CEO sa HR, suggest mo sakanya na palagay yung ginawa mong job description dun sa CEO, and also explain yung purpose, mostly naiintindihan naman nila (based on my personal experience).

Question lang - did you use same documents to submit?
I submitted for Business Analyst and im planning to submit for Software Engineer. Wondering if constraint na sa documents na pinasa for Business Analyst? For my case kasi madali lang magpa-approve ng roles and responsibilities for COE.

If you have the resources and lack time to do research and all, go for an agency. Otherwise, DIY is fine and this forum is very helpful naman din. At this point, I would say sulit naman binayad ko sa agency because of the expertise they have. At this point, there are so many things to be paranoid about but having that firm and sure answer from an agent is calming and reassuring.

Hello, I received my skills assessment last September and unfortunately, hindi na-credit yung year ko sa isang company kasi hindi sya scope nung inapplyan ko na skills. Ang balak ko ngayon is magpa-assess ulit, example: from Analyst programmer to Software Engineer para mas malawak yung skills na scope ni Software Engineer. I will not pass new documents kasi same lang din naman yung mga documents na pinasa ko before.
Is it possible na magpare-assess ulit but update lang ng ANZSCO code? Thank you!
