Sa main application i just declared travels outside SG or PH na yung travel duration is more than 7 days. I just followed my agent's advice.
No Form 80 for me.

Hello ask lang po regarding ANMAC.

May experience po ako sa PH for 4yrs then sa SG sa Nursing Home for 2yrs and hospital na po ang current ko. Yung anzsco code ko magkaparehas ang PH and current experience ko dito sa SG.
Okay lang po ba na di ko na isama yung sa Nursing home experience ko?
Sabi po kasi ng iba na ibang application na daw po sa anmac yung NH kasi iba siya ng ANZSCO code.

I don't think na chambahan ang Form 80. if DHA is asking you this, that means they want more information from you aside from the ones you already put in your immiaccount. I know some of the questions in the Form 80 are just repeats in your visa application, but they may also just want to double confirm your answers.

Bale may entry po kc ako s singapore nung 20 march 2014 as tourist tapos yung next balik ko na sa pinas para magbakasyon e 4-9 december 2014. Sa case ko po, dumating ako nung May 19, 2013 as tourist san Singapore then eventually converted to Spass. July 6, 2013 naman una labas ko from SG para mamasyal sa Malaysia:

SATA or Point Medical?

Sa mga nag point medical po, may xray po ba sila or need p po ba mag separate appointment para sa xray - radlink orchard?

Kung san po mas convenient ung location sa inyo. Pinili ko po sa Point medical, un xray nila ay sa lower floor radlink (2nd floor I think., I cannot remember exactly). No need appointment po,. After ng mga tests ay papadiretsuhin kayo sa lower floor then tapus n after nun.

I can only speak for SATA AMK , ok naman mabilis din ako natapos, they will follow medicals required as per your health referral letter lang naman. Punta lang ng maaga prior to call time para makauna na sa pila.

I can vouch for SATA AMK. Smooth ang process nila in terms of medical tests. Also, after 1 business day nareflect na sa immi yung result sakin. Maaga ka pumunta para in 1hr tapos ka na.

Yung medical tests, depende sa nakalagay sa referral letter yata. Kasi yung ibang nagshare dito, di naman kami pare-parehas ng tests na ipinagawa. Mine required xray, egfr (kidney), hiv, visual acuity, and physical exam only.

sa SATA AMK din kami. super smooth ang process lalo na kung maaga ka. andun narin mismo yung xray room nila. tip pala, if you go on a weekday, makakatipid ka ng 75sgd per head if i remember it correctly. pagweekends kasi meron silang surcharge. so for us family of 3, we went on a Monday.

Maglodge ka muna ng appeal. Kelangan mo ng official letter of request from DHA:

Pag approved na yang appeal mo, dun ka na sa step #2 - Apply foy Certificate of Clearance.

Yung finger printing lang ang di ko sure kung paano pag offshore. Ipapa DHL mo yata pag ganyan. Nandyan na sa website buong guideline paano processing pag offshore.

Can you elaborate on this po "this one can be accessed in eGovPH app if you applied"? Possible to apply from SG?

Ah before kasi, nag apply ako ng national ID talaga sa pinas. Naissue na sya last year (yung paper like haha). Ayaw ko naman isubmit yun sa DHA at ang panget. Bale eGovPH app is comparable sa Singpass dito. Andoon mga IDs mo. Kinuha ko lang sa eGovPH app yung screenshot ng ID ko with PCN# and hologram haha.

Isubmit mo nalang UMID and FIN mo kung wala ka pang national ID. Unique naman yan. Medyo malabo agent mo. Hindi ko maunawaan bakit hindi pwede ang FIN ng singapore. Wala kasi talagang "Identity Card" per se dito sa SG unless citizen/pr ka di ba. Alam naman ng home affairs mga ganyan.

That's right. Though, technically, yung identity card mo as a foreigner living in SG is your FIN na. NRIC lang tawag for citizen and PRs.

@dvd17 Straightforward naman kasi yung section na yun sa visa application. Qualified ang SG FIN dun. Ang kaso mo ayaw ng agent mo. Dahil dyan, sabihin mo sa kanya ang isagot e "No", since wala ka pa rin naman yatang PhilSys ID.

It's not even required to have one. The question is just implying "in case you got any identity card". Sundin mo na lang yung agent mo, kung hindi ka naman convinced, at ayaw mo rin naman sya i-convince.

yung sakin ang nilagay ko is No. hindi ko nilagay yung FIN ko kasi nga Foreign Identity Number siya at di ko sure kung tatanggapin kasi nga di naman ako local. well yun lang naman ang personal interpretation ko. So ang nilagay ko lang are my birth certificate and driver's license numbers. wala naman naging issue.

Thanks sa lahat dito. Strongest National ID is yung PhilSys ID daw but wala ako so UMID will have to do. Ngayon issue naman sa blurred Birth Certificate. Then may PCC at medicals pa.
