(No job offer required for VIC , as far as i can remember. )
Sorry the above is wrong to generalise , for Offshore you won’t need generally
For Onshore there is a need to show you are living and working in regional VIC (491)
For Onshore (190) you need to be living in VIC and if your claiming ROI for salary then you need to show an employment contract that also shows in a skilled employment level 1,2 or 3 .

Hello po tanong lang po ulit kung paano niyo nirecord yung address history niyo, especially dun sa mga may permanent address sa province at the same time may nirerent sa city due to work/study? Medjo naguguluhan lang po lalo na sa dates na ilalagay.

Pag nakapaglodge na po ba and payment, pwede pa po ba mag-upload/attach ng documents? Currently, processing palang kami sa new NBI namin to match our current address for consistency.

From last January 24 Update

Remaining Allocations for VIC is at 425 seats for 190

from the last invite summary estimated invites sent is 250~300 , may waiting pa na ma-nominate na around 50-100 pre-invites from all the previous rounds. Lets say 250 were sent multiplied by a 30% refusal rate ;
Estimated Nominations Assumed VIC will consume = 175+70= 245 seats
Estimated Remaining Allocations =425-245= 180 seats left for Victoria (this is just my wild guess hehe )
