RSEA can be use for nomination application in states gaya ng NSW ,ACT (a must for them)
If money is not an issue RSEA will be an added assurance but it is not compulsory in other states and even for a 189.
EA usually takes 4 months to process your application afaik , fast-track takes around 20 business days to open your file, a big difference than the normal Q.
Fast track mo na both in my opinion -will save you time kaysa ma-stress later on during EOI submission , secure na din documents as early as possible.
