Good day to all. I'm a newbie to this forum.

I'm pursuing my intent in migrating to AU through CDR Pathway per limited palang yung knowledge ko about the process and I'm still researching and nag tatake dn ako ng notes para naka latag na lahat ng mga info and mga gagawin in the future. Reading this thread may nakita akong nag aaply din ng RSEA.

Tanong ko lang po, need ba kapag nag CDR ako na mag RSEA din? Like parallel or isang process lang yan?

Sana po may maka sagot.

Welcome sa forum, CDR pathway is for your relevant skills assessment aligned with the AQF of AU for migration purposes , while RSEA is an added service offered to those who need employment experience to be assessed too which can be used towards your application for a visa nomination , it is a requirement for those seeking nomination in NSW.

RSEA is optional but for the peace of mind, ako kumuha narin para powerful din yung support ng cclaim kong experience sa eoi. pero again, may sariling system daw si dha to check the experience.

Hello po. Di ko masyado gets yung "RSEA is an added service offered to those who need employment experience to be assessed" na part, pero sa case ko, I have an 11-year relevant experience sa field ko. Do I need RSEA?

RSEA is optional but for the peace of mind, ako kumuha narin para powerful din yung support ng cclaim kong experience sa eoi. pero again, may sariling system daw si dha to check the experience.

@rmbalingit Hello po. Thanks po. Sa experience mo po ba helpful or necessary ba talaga ang RSEA? In my case I have 11 relevant years of experience sa field ko dito sa pinas. Kelangan ko pa poba mag apply or pa assess sa RSEA?

Hello po. Di ko masyado gets yung "RSEA is an added service offered to those who need employment experience to be assessed" na part, pero sa case ko, I have an 11-year relevant experience sa field ko. Do I need RSEA?

Is an added service for those who wants to get their employment experience assessed by a relevant assessment body. Optional lang sya, but it adds credibility sa experiences mo once they are vetted by the skills body. Acts as a cushion for one who wants to apply for a state nomination in case of NSW - they will require you to do it.
With DHA they will still verify your experiences
separately and with due diligence.

It's your choice po kung tiwala ka at kaya mo iprove yung experience mo, why not. hindi naman sya necessary pero helpful sya sakin, kasi my mga experience ako na hindi ko sure kung related pero na assess na relevant so my peace of mind ako na iclaim ang points. Kung gusto nyo po mag backread po kayo dito, marami na akong nbasa dito na hindi nag RSEA nung una, pero eventually nag RSEA din (lalo na kung hindi siguro mainvite) medyo hussle lang, dpat pinagsabay nalang. may nabsa din ako na may mga CO na nagbebase nalang sa rsea

I'm a Chemical Engineer planing to apply for CDR + RSEA. I was employed from 2010 - 2018 and all of them are relevant experiences in my field.

Employer A : 2010-2013
Employer B: 2013-2018

1. Does EA only assess the past 10 yrs of relevant work experience? In my case I'm thinking of just submitting documents pertaining to Employer B.
2. Does EA deduct years of experience from their assessment? (Kinda like how ACS deducts years from IT professions)

1. Yes they assess the last 10 years
2. Not necessarily , they credit all related employment experience basta able to support each employment.

Sa EOI at Lodging of VISA claiming of points is from past 10yrs only.

Halos lahat po dito DIY. Read the manual from ea sundan mo lang po. Kahit may agent po kayo, sa inyo din po ipapagawa yung cdr nyo.

RSEA is optional, pabackread po, may mga sumagot narin po about dito.

Hello question lang, did you ran it in a plagiarism checker software before you submit to EA?

Hello, what if may Reference Letter ako with 5 responsibilities provided pero hindi kumpleto or wala akong payslips for some of my companies, enough nba yung screenshot from SSS/Pag-ibig contribution to provide my work experience?

I think so po as long as complete yung SSS/HDMF/Philhealth and Reference letter kahit hindi na po kayo magpasa ng payslips. In my case po wala po akong pinrovide na payslip from any of my employers. I forgot to mention po pala important din yung ITR, if you can't provide payslips po. Clearly indicated po kasi dun ang employer so best to provide that also. Good luck on your application!

Hi Isaiah, thanks a lot. My issue is that I don't have all the copies of my ITR of my old employers.

Hi Isaiah, thanks a lot. My issue is that I don't have all the copies of my ITR of my old employers.

Same case po. Just provide what you have. Label your file names clearly na lang po. Diko din po na-keep lahat ng previous ITRs ko, never thought this day would come na kekelanganin ko yun lahat. Hahaha.

Hello everyone! Question po sa Career Episodes na work related. Mostly kasi ng nakikita ko na samples sa internet ay yung mga projects they handled. Pwede kaya na yung mga routine engineering tasks yung ilagay ko? Wala kasi ako maisip na projects ko na related sa Chemical Engineering. Parang more of supply chain, health&safety, leadership yung mga na-handle ko. Baka kasi hindi strong evidence na nagamit ko pagiging chemical engineer ko.

wala naman pong tinanong sa CEs ko, as you can see in my signature, additional payslip lang ang hiningi for my current job.
