Not with the new system but I provided all payment evidence that I can come up with. After all, mahirap maperfect yung hinahanap nila kasi iba iba per company. Your other payment evidence should strengthen your claim that it was a paid work episode.

Same concern here. My payslips from the different companies I've worked for didn't have the 6) job title & 7) work address. 😅

Hello @midNightSun123 . Not yet, as I'm still collecting my documents. But, from what I've checked and researched on other platforms, some people had the same problem as us, and they were still assessed with a positive outcome.

Sabi ng iba, for stronger proof, we can add the SSS. So, it will be Payslip, Bank Statement, ITR, and SSS (contributions screenshot).

Yes, I got a positive outcome. I provided bank statements, payslips, ITR (kulang kulang), SSS, PAGIBIG and Philhealth contribution.

Hello po, pano po kaya kung yung supervisor ko na gagawa ng stat declaration sa previous company ko is iba na yung current role? Tatanggalin pa kaya sya ng ACS? Anyone with the same experience? Paano po yung ginawa nyo? Umalis na kasi talaga lahat ng colleagues ko dun sa company and the only one left was my supervisor.

Yes. Basta provide his/her CoE too. His/her employment period should overlap with yours.

Hi! Me po, positive yung result na nareceived ko, degree comparable to an AQF Bachelor degree and yung 3 anzsco occu assessed to be suitable for migration. I received my ACS skills assessment outcome after 14 business days. I gathered all the pay slips, and other pay evidence for each employments yung magcocover sa beginning and ending of employment, ITRs, SSS. Yung isang payslip ko (last payslip na binigay nung nagresign ako sa isang company) walang company logo, details ng company and signature ng in-charge sa payroll. Yun lang kasi yung naiba sa payslip ko sa company na yun the rest merong logo, signature, email at landline. As in ang nakalagay lang don sa final pay slip is computation lang, nakalagay lang name ko and employee ID. Ginawa ko nagrequest ako sa company ng merong signature ng in-charge sa payroll, email at landline nila. Hindi daw nila pwede lagyan ng company logo, sabi ko ok lang yun basta yung request ko dapat may signature, email at landline. And then gumawa ako ng statement ko nilagay ko don yung reason bakit naiba yung format ng final pay slip ko sa first pay slip. Sinama ko syang iupload. Yung isang company naman isinama yung first pay ko sa next month na pay slip dahil naabutan ng cutoff nung nahire ako don. Gumawa din ako ng statement inexplain ko bakit wala akong first payslip na reflected yung month kung kelan ako nahire. Inupload ko din yun. Dalawa sa work exp ko stat declaration ang pinasa ko and dalawa rin sa employment cert yung digitally signed by HR, nagrequest ako sa HR ng digital certificate. Wala naman pong hiningi sakin na iba pang documents aside sa mga inupload ko.

@samcham yung TOR ko din pala meron ako napansing nakastamp sa second page na p15.00 documentary stamp tax affixed to duplicate cancelled. ang naalala ko dati kasama naman na yun sa binayaran ko nung graduation.heheh ginawa ko nagrequest nalang ako ng bagong TOR sa university pina expedite ko. kaya paki double check lahat ng docs mo bago simulan ang ACS skills assessment. cheers!

Congrats! Pwede ka magsubmit ng EOIs for those 3 actually since positively assessed naman. Pero i suggest to focus doon sa anzsco na malaki yung work experience na eligible (since iba iba yung number of years deducted sayo sa assessment mo).

Based on the info you provided, June 14 2021 ang Met Date mo sa you can claim 5pts for offshore employment. Skillselect will auto-compute this btw.

May tanong lang regarding CoE, para sa mga may present employer, kailangan ba nila malaman na ang purpose ng CoE na hinihingi ko ay for migration application? Ang worry ko lang ay pag nalaman nila, mawalan na ko ng chance for promotion. Kayo ba, ano naging diskarte nyo? Open for suggestions po. Thank you.

ACS may or may not contact your employer to verify your employment po. Its their own discretion. Lalo part ng requirement nila yung contact details ng company. Ganun din sa visa processing ng case officer, up to them kung mag verify pa sila ng employment mo po since itong same CoE document ay isusubmit mo din sa visa application.

Though case to case basis kasi alam ko saakin hindi naman tumawag si ACS sa employers ko. And so far waiting padin ako sa processing ng visa application ko so not sure kung tatawag ang case officer na maassign sa application ko sa employer ko later on to verify my docs.

I believe our records are being checked upon their discretion, and if not by them directly, then by a 3rd party they hired.

I have a few experience on background checks overseas for my skills and education assessment para sa work sa singapore. While others do not disclose the report, others do send a copy of the screening report to the applicant. May history din kelan sila nagverify and nagfollowup at kung kanino, it depends on the party that will check. I received a report they checked my education with the university, they (3rd party staff) even went onsite to confirm because Registrar is not replying to their email.

In general ang point ko lang, these kinds of assessment esp for migration purpose are not bara bara lalo na for overseas applicants na kelangan talaga iverify, kaya nga medyo mahal ng bayad sa ganyang assessments/screening. Talagang nagccheck sila, hence may mga natatagalan sa results. I just don't want complacency on this kind of stuff.

As for the reason na ilalagay sa work reference letter, depende talaga sa kanya kanyang situation yan eh. Ako tinanong ng current employer ko para saan and kanino iaaddress. So wala akong choice, talagang for ACS ang sinabi ko and for skills assessment. Wala naman na silang ffup question. Bahala na sila mag isip. Siguro sa pinas talaga may mga masyadong nosy na HR haha.

Ewan ko din and baka too much of an advice na, hindi ako nagrun for promotion sa work when I decided that I want to emigrate. While others can do both in parallel, ako, i couldn't. It's just focusing your energy sa gusto mo talagang mangyari sa life mo. Again, kanya kanya talaga.

Question po regarding sa pag upload po ng Employment/Payment Evidences. Employed po ako sa isang company for a long time. I listed each role change I've had with my company sa Employee Experience section. Di ko po siya ma-mark as complete kasi required po na magupload ng evidence per entry. Ok lang po kaya i-upload ko yung same Employment Reference document ko sa lahat entry?
