if you choose to study po yan, it must be in the designated regional area.
491 to 191 follow nyo po yung advice above.

Just be careful of what you see and read. If possible double check the sources kasi nakasalalay visa mo dyan. Good thing is maami helpful people here in the forum.

Hi po. If ako ung main applicant para sa 491 visa, pwede po ba ung spouse ko (not main applicant) ung mag apply for 191 visa as main applicant in the future? More than 45 yrs old na po cya nung time na nag lodge kame ng 491 visa kaya ako ung naging main applicant nun. Alam ko Wla na pong minimum wage requirement pra sa 191 visa Pero kase bka mas May pogi points (mas madali maapprove) if ung spouse ko ung maging applicant since cya ung May Trabaho and ako ung wala. Salamat po ulit sa advise. 🙏🏼

I guess it doesn't matter na kung sino ang mag lodge for 191 between you and your spouse, as long as you both meet the 3-year regional requirements. And wala na din naman 'points' to consider pag nag apply ng 191. in theory, kahit nga di ka magwork while in 491 basta nag stay ka sa regional areas for 3 years. Depende na sa queuing processing yung 191 application, and not on points. I guess walang age limit sa 191 visa? as long as below 45 ka while on 491 visa? This is just my guess, better check online or speak with migration agent.

Hi po sa nka 491 may tanong sana ako mag 2 years na ako sa regional area kaso yung work ko ngaun di related sa nominated skill na naapproved yung visa ko. kahit ano hanap ko work sa nominated skill ko d ako makahanap kaya nagswitch ako ng ibang linya. makaka epekto po ba yun pag nag apply na ako 191 para sa PR.
