Hello po, anybody got any problem attaching a facial image po during visa application?

Mayroon kasi akong 2x2 picture but its saying error because of red eye (di naman red eye yung picture). I’m planning on getting a new picture taken, pero medyo natakot ako kasi sabi 3 attempts lang daw pwede mag attach, naka dalawa na ako. Or is the three attempts on already attached and submitted but failed pa din in their evaluation?

Can you enlighten me po? Thank you po!

Anyways, additional question po. Saan niyo po inupload yung Form 80 and From 1221? Wala po kasi additional section dun sa mga required document na pwede po iselect ito. Sa Character Evidence po ay NBI Clearance lang po ang pwede iupload.

Mag lodge ka na muna, you can attach that sa other documents later on ,post lodgement lang sya pwede gawin if im not wrong haha.

Character check - for PH residents yes NBI lang attach jan pwede na,you can attach na din yan while completing the required list pwede rin naman after .

Also, same lang po halos pala ang attachment from skills assessment and visa application. I just had to get new screen captures for Pag-ibig contri, SSS contri, and new COE for my current position.

May nakita din ako na youtuber na nag attach sila ng passport with all the pages po. Ma-recommend niyo din po ba yun? I only have the biopage attached po sa ngayon and my old passport.

Pag kunwari po, may employer na magssponsor na visa and maghahire, required pa rin po ba ang skills assessment (e.g. ACS)? And baka meron po kayo marereco na affordable agent/agency. Thank you

Hello po, question lang po regarding sa pagapply ng visa 190. Sa part po ng employment.

“give details of employment undertaken during the 10 year period before the invitation to lodge this application”

I received final invite from vic last oct 25,2023. Employed po ako that time sa company A and nagclaim din po ako ng points para sa employment na to, but due to some reasons napatransfer po ako sa company B ng Nov 1, 2023.

Nov 15, 2023 po ako nagsubmit ng visa and unfortunately hindi ko napansin na ang ilalagay lang sa details ng employment is 10 year period before the invite. Which is dapat hindi ko na sinama yung company B kasi after final invite na ako nalipat ng company, though hindi naman po ako nagclaim ng points para sa employment na yun.

Tingin nyo po ba big deal po eto? Need ko pa po kaya magsubmit ng notif for incorrect answers. Kala ko po kasi 10yrs employment before ilodge yung visa application 😔

Kasi sa EOI namin for partners point nilagay din namin occupation ko and Competent English pero automatic naman nagcalculate na 5points lang nakuha sakin, ung sa Competent English lang. Ung sa partner’s skills walang nacredit na points dahil di eligible occupation ko for SC189.
Pagdating naman sa points wala naman changes.
We are thinking din sa consistency ng infos/details namin from EOI to Visa lodging.

I checked ung exact question for Partner's qualification during EOI stage at ito po un. Actually tanong lang is may suitable skill assessment ako, hindi about sa claiming points.
For the sake of consistency, safe po ba mag-YES ako sa question for Partner skills? Mag-auto compute padin ba sya ng score para di mabago ung score namin na 75?

SC189 po application namin, is it okay po to click “Yes” sa question na “Is the applicant claiming partners skill point?” Tho wala naman talaga makuha points sakin for Contruction Estimator dahil di ako eligible for SC189. Pero sa EOI kasi namin may input kami for Partners nominated occupation and suitable skill assessment.

That's fine. Just be consistent with your EOI in the visa application. Matalino naman yung system, kung sa EOI, alam nya na hindi eligible yung partner job code for 189 and nothing was claimed, then sa visa application that's all the same.

In the end, pag hiningan ng docs for partner skills, then just attach whatever you have. Don't overthink.

Hello po. Mag-consult lang din po ako on my current scenario on claiming of work experience points in the EOI. I got positive MSA in year 2017 and I used my employment experience of 2 years (2015 to 2017) to write the CDR. I did not include RSEA for this experience at that time since hindi pa naman ako maka-claim ng points noon. And then this year, I requested an updated MSA CDR outcome letter and included my recent work experience of 6 years. I am claiming 15 pts in my EOI since in total I already have 8 years.

To summarize:
2 years work experience - included in CDR write-up but no RSEA
6 years work experience - with RSEA

If ever I get invited, enough na po ba yung positive MSA outcome ko to prove the 2 years work experience? What are the supporting documents po usually hinihingi relating to points claimed for work experience?

hello po. ask ko lang po kung tama na "YES" ang piliin sa question under "Does this applicant have other identity documents?" since meron naman akong birth certificate and license? nakakalito baka kasi ang ibig sabihin ay "other identity" tulad ng may iba kang passport name or ibang birth certificate name.. thanks in advance po!

Na "no" ako dyan- kung wala ka namang other legal names. Usually kasi di ba sa mga Chinese for example, may english names sila.

Na "no" ako dyan- kung wala ka namang other legal names. Usually kasi di ba sa mga Chinese for example, may english names sila.

I answered yes and attached my birth certificate….

I mean wala naman pinagkaiba from passport and birth certificate yung name ko…

since SG based naman tayo, pwede mo sya i apply at least a month before maexpire mabilis lang naman ,tapos i collect mo a week before yung expiry ng current COC, mga 7 days lang inabot nang approval nung sakin wala masyado pila sa fingerprint appointment ngayon.
During collection at certificate printing yung ilalagay nila na issued date ,if di naman particular doon sa 1 year validity ,pwede mo na i-renew kahit na now na hehe .

17-18 months ang current processing nang 190.

I believe is not valid is it for a 485? If yes then he needs to provide a SKILLS ASSESSMENT for Migration Purposes in order to claim points
