Not quite sure what you meant with cover letter for outcome preference?

    eto po yung screenshot.

    _Dear Vetassess,

I prefer to have a positive outcome. Thank you!

By any chance multiple Anzsco ba ina applyan mo sa kanila? Though I'm just guessing baka related sa ganung situation.

Migration Skill Assessment ba dapat or Stage 1 Competency Assessment?

Ano pong website to?

The first thing to do is to see if you qualify on the basic requirements for the General Skilled Migration visa (Sub class 175).

You’re age must be of under 45 years old (current point system - before July 2011).

Proof of good English proficiency is mandatory and most applicants need to qualify by obtaining a certain score in IELTS exam.

Check also if the occupation right now is in Australia’s NEW skilled occupations list (SOL) (launched last July 2010).

If your occupation is in the SOL then briefly verify if you have relevant years of experience for your nominated occupation (see point requirement list at http://www.workpermit.com/australia/general-skilled-migration/points_requirements.htm).

Note: This skills assessment is done by relevant assessment authority in Australia, the assessing body will advise, whether you are or not a suitable candidate for the chosen nominated occupation (e.g. IT prefessionals = Australian Computer Society (ACS))

Again double check the point requirement list if you can obtain 120 or more point.

If you met all the the basic requirement and you think you are able to achieve or surpass the 120 points passing mark, go for skills assessment and take the IELTS exam.

In addition, If you have a spouse, as per the checklist... you can also claim additional points for him/her,

If claiming for spousal points, check whether she/he meets the basic requirements.

If yes, better let him/her take an IELTS test to avoid the secondary payment (check the immi.gov.au FEEs http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/990i/professionals-outside-australia.htm).

The passing mark is set by the Australian government and has the authority to modify it anytime.

If you did not meet the passing mark, review your credentials for other visa category like Sponsored and provisional categories.

You may also seek nomination from ‘Designated Area’ or ‘Regional Australia’ or see if you have any relatives in Australia that might wish to sponsor you for immigration.

For vic need mag gawa ng Registration of interest(ROI) after mong mag gawa ng EOI.

If titignan mo yung occupation description at roles and responsibilities usually general at broad sila.
As long as it is comparable , it will fit the bill.

For example as carpenter - they will not ask what skillsets you are doing at a work episode, as long as you’re working as a carpenter. It doesn’t mean din naman na nilagay at minatch mo lahat as per nominated eh papasa na din. You can only do as much ,kaya ok lang yan.
Nakapasa ka na sa assessment body - why not with DHA?

    10.4 Employment must be skilled
10.4.1 Assessing periods of skilled employment
When assessing periods of skilled employment for the purpose of awarding points, the following must be taken into
    account:
    • the opinion of the relevant skills assessing authority on the period of skilled employment including the date on which
they deemed the applicant skilled; and
    • the Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) including any pre-requisite
qualifications/work experience relevant to the claimed skilled employment; and
    • any other relevant information (such as employment records and references).
If the skills assessing authority’s opinion would result in the applicant being awarded less points than the applicant
claimed in their EOI, then decision makers should consider the information in ANZSCO and apply the more beneficial
outcome in determining when the applicant was working at a skilled level.
While having regard to the opinion provided by skills assessing authorities, decision makers also need to be satisfied with
the bona fides of the supporting documents presented in making their decision to award points.
The regulations require only that an applicant is employed in a nominated skilled occupation for a particular period of
time. The provision does not require the applicant to have skills of a particular standard during that period of
employment. The decision maker can consider whether the applicant is undertaking at least some of the duties
prescribed for the position in ANZSCO, for example, if a client is claiming employment as a carpenter, the tasks they are
undertaking are those of a carpenter.

However, in your application, lahat ng presented information ay "claims" including the points in your EOI and these claims need to be supported by documents. Usually kung anong prinovide mo sa assessing body yung ibibigay mo rin sa DHA when you apply.
