Place of Issue/issuing authority: US Embassy in the Philippines?

Hindi na. Locked na ang points upon invitation.

okay lang kaya mag submit ng ROI ng hndi muna mag cclaim for partner skill/english points and then later on update nlang po ung ROI if ready na yung docs? or should i wait na maka claim ng points ky partner before creating ROI? TYA

Do you mean EOI? If so, then yes pwede naman iupdate ang EOI anytime before invitation

If you are talking about ROIs. If may change in points, need mo withdraw and submit a new one.

Take note for ROI yan ah. Not for EOI

No need. Travel document is your Passport issued by your home country / kung ano nationality mo. Yung other visas ko sa "Others" ko nilagay yung scanned copy. Wala naman masyadong bearing yan.

Hi! I have completed my documents for the ACS Skills Assessment. Since I have been with four employers, is there a proper file-naming convention I need to follow? I couldn’t find any guidelines related to it.

What I am thinking of doing is something like this:
"Evidence type + Company 1 + My Name"
For example:
Employment references_Accenture_Juan Dela Cruz
Payment evidence_Accenture_Juan Dela Cruz

Or dapat ganito:
“Experience evidence + Company 1 + Name/Initial,” isang file na lang yung Employment references at Payment evidence?

Wala sila guideline sa naming. Just make sure understandable yung documents mo at easy to look for. For reference, ang ginawa ko is same sa example mo.

First one. Hiniwalay ko per section. Payment evidence 1 file per company. Employment evidence 1 file per company. Etc.

Ginawa ko last year 1 file lng per employment episode..pinagsama ko lng lahat sa isang pdf basta make sure di ka lalampas sa max allowede size..

Yes, wala naman silang guideline nung time na nagpa assess ako. Basta madaling maidentify documents. Ginawa ko yata nun ganito:
