At some point, companies do require that for permanent employees. Usual practise naman sya. Punta ka lang ng GP para kuha medical cert (MC).

Though personally, ako kasi so far, since contractor ako, no work no pay ang siste. Haha. So, di required ng MC. Balakajan ganon.

Ayun may latest info na about GP,MC at Private Health care at Public hospitals.
Big deal pla pag walang private coverage.

Uso ba dyan yung parang HMO style na AIA tapos babayad ka ng 5dollars per check up libre na lahat after that tas may MC cert na din gaya SG?

May mga private health cover po ba na may mental health or psych counselling din na riders?

Also, nakakaaliw naman yung binigyan lang ng gamot at nag google sa harap. Hahahhaa. Ganun na ba kaunti ang doctor sa AU?? Makapag GP na nga lang din. Jk.

May Wellness Extras sa bupa including mental health @ 12.91/week. Pwede na din.

May Flextras sila (parang create your own) @ 250 (digital mental health and including pyschology).

Pero parang mababa ang annual limit around 300. Mahal pa naman bayad sa counselling per hour.

So.. big move ko po on June 16. And kinakabahan na ako ng very light.

No jobs lined up yet, wala pa din titirahan. Baon lang ay lakas ng loob and a little bit of an overconfidence that everything will be alright in the end.

Sino nasa Brisbane or QLD dyan? Baka may available opportunities po kayo dyan for an agricultural engineer, or anything remotely related sa agriculture. Haha.

Kahit na sinasabi nila na madali makahanap ng work once onshore, kinakabahan pa din ako. Kasi I keep on sending job applications, I keep on getting rejection letters after rejection letters, that damages my confidence day by day, na tipong mapapaisip ako if yung in-aapplyan ko ba na job ay qualified ba ako gawin, maybe not, kasi nareject ako..

I know rambling, like nasa last stage na nga tayo eh, be grateful kasi PR visa holder na. But still, I would be calm kung alam ko sanang pagdating ko may trabaho na ako. But the reality is a lot of employer doesn’t recognize offshore experience. And it might take me months to get a job related sa profession ko, pero at the same time, I know that I am ready, or at least it’s what I say to myself, na ready ako to work in casual jobs to make ends meet sa Australia. Kasi even though Philippines is an 8 hour plane ride back, I know that going back is not an option right now, not when I haven’t tried everything yet.

So, ayun. I’ve done a lot of job apps na kasi and feeling frustrated lang ngayon..

Every single thing that you are feeling right now is absolutely valid. The frustration, the anxiety, the uncertainty, the uncomfortable thought of just having to go through a change.

But know this it's all part of the journey to the path you chose your for yourself. Just go through it. Keep your head up, lilipas rin ng lahat ng yan. Nagawa mo naman na lahat ng prep as far as you are concerned. You'll be fine, one way or another. Just have an open mind to the possibilities pagdating mo dito.

ADD: Minsan ang buhay umaayos mag isa pag nag let go ka lang and let it unfold before you. Mahirap sya gawin, lalo't control is the only thing that sort of guides us through as human beings. I will definitely keep an open mind for opportunities. And tama I would never know what or where it would lead me. And it will always be a possibility that something better than I ever imagined is right around the corner. And I just need to let time flow and watch it all unfold.

Thank you din @_sebodemacho for validating my feelings. Sa mga nasa BM planning stage darating din yung time na tatawanan na lang natin tong mga nararamdaman natin na kaba and takot.

Laban lang, we only need one acceptance despite the hundreds of rejections.

Mas ok po kung mag vivisit ka ng Australia Services kasi wala ka pang mga ID's at mas mabilis nilang maprocess dun. Mabilis lang naman po yun bibigyan ka nila ng Customer ID Number then after maregister ppwede na ionline ang ibang process or benefits na makukuha mo. Kahit naka 491 kami binigyan kami ng centrelink na Customer ID Number.
