    @lock_code2004 - thanks for the insights bro. Yes Telco Tech Officer is in SOL1 and buti nalng may budget pa. Isipin ko n lang investment.. hehe.. As per EA, within 2 weeks lang (hopefully). Yun nga e, kaya ngmamadali din.. Thanks again bro
    did you enquire with EA about your case at sinabi nila na 2wks lang? kailangan mo ba magsubmit ng mga new documents ulit or can they use your old docs?
    My agent did all the coordination w/ EA and they said the assessment can be done w/n 2 weeks. No need to submit any other documents but the filled out application form. I guess they did not require additional documents since the new occupation for assessment is very similar with my previous one, and can be assessed using my old docs.

    but definitely magbabago ang list of occupations.. every year nmn yan nag bbago... may nadadagdag na occupations, may naalis..... may nababawasan/nadadagdagan ng occupation limits.. etc..

    makikisali na rin po ako sa discussion. I have patiently backread from the first post. Concern ko po kc if best route ang ginawa ko. CE (2004) grad, working as QS, pero sa Vetassess ako ngpa assess ng Anzco 312114 Construction Estimator. Wla pa yta ako nkikilala sa forum na ito who took the same route.Most QS po yta ay sa EA ngpa assess as Civil Engr. Anyway, God bless po sa ating lahat, lets keep each other posted, ang success po ng isa ay inspirasyon ng iba. ;)

    @rei_ya - hi welcome to the forum..

    maraming considerations kung yan nga ba ang best route, here are some pointers:

    1. kung sakto nmn ang job description ng ANZSCO code versus pinasa nyong COE/JD.. walang problema... positive result yan
    2. kung nasa SOL ang occupation, pwde mag-apply ng visa 189..
    3. kung nasa CSOL naman, kailangan nyo pa rin maghanap ng state na pwede mag SS
    4. occupation limit, alin ba mas marami slot at mas marami nag-apply..

    @lock_code2004 , ung occupational ceiling ba sa skillselect website covers both 189 and 190? or pra sa 189 lang un? kc based on that list, my nom. occupation's ceiling is 30% higher than CE.

    lets see once i get my results, para ung mga kabayan natin na CE may know their options on how to go about the assessment.

    @rei_ya - total na po yung occupation ceiling for all skilled migrant visas (189/190/489).. so pag ubos na ang slots, hindi na rin mag-bibigay ng SS approval ang mga states for visa 190

    hi @rei_ya - Another factor is remaining invitation slots on your nominated occupation. If marami pa nmang slots, hindi cya masyadong factor.

    Sakin kc, hindi ko ncheck ang occupational ceiling at naubusan ako ng slot nung ng EOI. So ngpaassess ako ng new skill na related na marami pang slot. So na doble ang assessment ko at nasayang ang time.

    @tontoronsky , hello po.. un bang reports tab sa skillselect, sa intindi ko, 190 invitations lang yan db? the actual number of slots may be less. is there a way to know kung ilang actual slots pa available prior to submitting EOI? pra nman, db, di na msayang oras sa pagpapa assess sa occupation na halos wla na slots? thanks for ur input! at wow, ang tyaga nyo po, twice nagpa assess considering almost 5mos ang assessment!

    @rei_ya - hello po.. Yung skillselect/reports/occupation ceilings, yun na po lahat ng slots for 2012-2013 program year regardless of what visa type. Nkalagay din nman dun yung date.

    Yung 2nd assessment ko hindi nman n ganun katagal since very similar nman ang occupation. Within 2 weeks lang as per EA. Gusto ko lang kc humabol before July..

    hello po nagbabalik muli para magtanong...meron po ba dito sa inyo na hindi nareceived ung result ng EA assessment? naassess na daw since feb 14 nag email na rin ng scan copy pero until now wala pa official nagfollow up na paulit ulit ang suggestion ng EA request ako ng another copy may bayad eh and saka wala pa talaga ako natatanggap official result..meron na ba nakaexperienced ng ganito case? thanks and regards

    Yup mabilis lang tlga bro, basta similar dun sa previous nominated occupation. Same docs ang ginamit ng EA. Actually within a week nga lang dumating na result. Yun nga lang additional 600. Awts!

    sabi nung agent namin, may referral letter na daw ako for medical pero yung misis ko wala pa since hinabol na lang namin yung ctc ng marriage cert namin since nagpass kame nung may 31 ng visa application then kinasal kame ng june 14...:-)

    sabi nung agent namin e mas okay daw kung sabay na kame magpa-medical....kailan kaya yun!? :-)

    @rei_ya ask ko lang po pano ka po nag-apply for construction estimator. QS po ako s Singapore at gusto ko po sna mgapply ng visa s Oz. pede mo po ba ako bigyan ng guide kung no ano mga ginawa nyo steps.

    @akly , medyo mahirap i-expain in few words.. u need to really research sa at least 3 websites (Skillselect, Vetassess, WA)

    but basically, 3steps lang:
    1. vetassess assessment and ielts (kahit alin mauna)
    2. apply for state sponsorship (any state na nag ssponsor ng Estimator)
    3. lodge 190 visa

    it would be useless to try to explain each step..maraming detalye nkapaloob dyan.. do some research , then you may ask questions pag may confusion..okidok?
