    @amcasperforu..4.5 IELTS band for dependent.. But if ur mom could not sit on IELTS she can ask a certificate from her elementary and secondary school certifying that the medium of instruction of the school is english.

    As what u had said hndi xa nkatapos ng high school?? hanggang anung year lg ba xa?? Kng hanggan 3rd yr xa pwde pa un as long na merun din xang certfcate from her elementary school..

    Im not sure kung ok lng sa diac yun. i will try my best to get a cert letter from her school. i just really hope ok and it wont matter or big deal sa diac :(

    @amcasperforu..if ur mom can't sit in IELTS she needs to provide either the following:
    1. Elementary certfcate and atleast 3 yrs in secondary certifying that english is the medium of instruction of the institution or

    dun po ba sa mga may hininging additional requirements, kapag po wala yung exact na hinihingi ng case officer, for us po kasi, evidence of our marriage, e wala pa po kmeng joint property/insurance, yung joint account po namen, kakaOpen lang namen dhil nga po requirement xa, naglagay pa po ba kayo ng "cover letter" to explain na ito lang po yung maiibigay nyo sa kanya? or once you have submitted your "alternative" requirements, understood na po iyon?

    @nfronda yun po yung initial nmeng ipinasa, pero nanghingi pren po siya ng other evidence/additional requirements for relationship evidence, siguro dahil bago plang po kameng kasal and civil marriage plang po yung amin.
    @anastacia0228 - tama. dahil bago lang kayo hinahanapan kayo ng other evidences to check if the marriage is legitimate..

    @anastacia0228..aHh okk..same din pla sa case namin.. If u can't provide joint accounts, find another alternatives.. As I know my list na ibinigay ung co m kng anu anu ung mga pwede mong e provide in every aspect of the relationship.. So u must provide at least 1 evidence in every aspect..

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
    12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    Pasensya na po, pagkatapos ng isang sagot, may kasunod na tanong po ulet ako..

    Regarding naman po sa Notification of Changes in circumstances, duun po sa mga nagPanotify, paanu po ba isesend yung filled-up form? Ang changes ko po ay:
    - new address of hubby
    - previous travel to Australia (No po ako dati, I-ye-Yes ko lang po ngayon)

    @nfronda tourist visa lang po.. kakabalik ko lang kasi, during my visa application, nde pa ako nkakapagApply for tourist visa..

    Hello po, tanong ko lang para dun sa mga nagpamedical na. Just in case meron na pong old x-ray results (not more than 6 months), pwede po bang tanggapin yun para di na magpa x-ray ulit.

    Isa pa po, pabakasyon kasi kami sa pinas next month, if nagkataon pong humingi si CO ng medical ok lang po ba na sa Pinas na namin gawin ang medical namin instead dito abroad? Mahal din kasi dito sa saudi ang charge nila. Thanks.

    - nope you cannot use the same x-ray.. kailangan galing sa accredited clinic..
    - yes, pwede kahit saan, basta accredited clinic.. yung TRN lang nmn kailangan nyo.. tapos pwede na kayo magpa-sched sa clinic... actually pwede nyo naman gawin yan kahit wala pang CO.. especially visa 190 kayo ... yung iba nag frontload ng NBI at medicals.. kaya na visa grant agad.
