@jesslovesyou..Processing of spouse visa is 6-9 months, so u are still on the processing timeline.. Ung iba nga jan waiting na for almost 10months.. I understand that u are worried about ur coming wedding next month, but I think pwde pa ma move yan.. Dapt kasi nag apply ka noong November pa or early than that.. kasi hndi m namn hawak ang processing ng visa m.. So pwdeng abutin ng 12months ang processing depend sa case m..

But anyway, I know na pwede pa ma move ung wedding date m..

Just a piece of advise to those applying for a Fiance visa, magbigay ng malaking allowance sa date ng wedding from the time u lodge ur application.. Hndi pwde na paglodge ng application bilang agad ng 6months lg den date of the wedding agad.. Kasi hndi namn constant na 6months lg tlga ang processing time.. So put an allowance as much as u can pra hndi mataranta at ma stress sa paghihintay.. Just a piece of advise lg poh...:)

@icancurhalo wala narin akong update from the embassy...hindi ko nalang din muna kinukulit kasi nasa timeframe pa naman ng processing ang application ko...baka mainis sila..:-) tsaka wala narin ako natanggap from my Case Officer, sana nga rin ok na yong sa akin..Yeah, sure...update2x lang tayo lahat dito kung may progress man sa application natin.. :-)

Hello po, ask ko lang po yong mga nakapag migrate na sa AU under spouse or fiance/fiancee visa...narefund ba yong lahat ng ginastos niyo sa VISA application? nabanggit kasi ng asawa ko na itago ko raw yong lahat ng receipts kasi may nakapagsabi raw sa kanya na posibleng ma refund yon.. :-?

@gin05.. As u have lodge ur visa application offshore, I don't think so if pwde masama yan sa tax refund.. Then u have lodge ur visa by March 2013, so kung gus2 m xa e claim dapt by this yr as end of financial year is already quiet approaching..

Just like me, my visa application was onshore and lodge May 2012. So when i filed my tax refund last July 2012 nasama xa but only the DIAC processing fee, not 100% but narefund almost 50%.

@nfronda wow are you sure? you mean like since my partner have paid my partner visa fee in the DIAC there in Australia last March 2013 then he can add it up on the claim of his tax return this July?

@elena05, @jayralvares @icancurhalo this is applicable for all visas lodge onshore.. Which means sa australia inilodge and not offshore.. The one who can claim this is the applicant, not the one who paid the application fee.

Hello good afternoon!

im new here! Tulad nyo im still waiting for my visa also..

Brief history namin ni bf::
2years na kami nung bf ko nung nag lodge kami pero ngayon 2yrs and 4months

school mate kami since preschool hanggang highschool.. Pero crush namin isat isa noon. Nd kami friends, casual schoolmate lang. Haha kaya madami nagulat nung naging kami.. Feb 2 2011 nung nag chat sya sakin sa fb tpos Naging kami lang nung feb 12 2012 haha nasa australia na sya that time since 2008

umuwi sya last year sept 14 2012, tapos

November 2012 - january 2013 - compilation of all required documents as evidence.
Feb14 2013 - lodged my application
Feb 15 2013 - received an acknowledgement letter from DIAC and request for medical.
Feb 25 2013- had my medical, (kaya10days ang pagitan kasi gusto ko iready ung sarili ko bago ko mag pamedical haha)
April 22, 2013 - case officer allocated and she request for additional docs.
April 23, 2013- submitted the add docs.
May 27,2013 - follow up and asked for the status of my application, and kung narcv
Ba nla ung additional docs ko , since wala ako narcv na acknowldgement letter from DIAC na narcv na nla, kasi im wondering kung ano na status ng application ko.
May 28, 2013- nag reply.. Eto ang sabi..
( thankyou for your email. Our records indicAte that your application is in its final stage.We no longer required any additional documents from your end.Once the decision has been finalised, you will be communicated.

And now im still waiting.. Im wondering if meron same case ko here? Or any advice.. Nakakainip mag hntay

@Eleigh thanks! Yung chat logs kasi namin from 2005 pa, mula nung mgboyfriend-girlfriend palang kami. I sent pictures of us using skype then photos from 2005-2013 as well.

My wife is a Filipina. Ang hirap na ma-retrieve ng chat logs namin from 2005, 78k messages na yung messages namin sa fb up to this day.

Sana me result kana pra naman kami nang mga MARCH applicants maibigay nadin results namin.. hehehe.. ano palang ibig mong sabihin nang complicated case na sinabi mo kay RF_angel25? kasi yong sa aking side, I lodged my partner visa last MARCH 27,2013 like 2 weeks after I arrived back here in pinas from my 3 months tv in Australia with my partner. same sex kami, we both been in the relationship nearly 2 years now, he's been here in the PHILIPPINES twice, we got engaged, and i've been to aussie twice too on both 3 months tv . i've meet his kids in person as well as his mom with photographs

@RF_angel25 oo nga, nanghihinayang talaga ako na hindi namin nilodge yong application ko doon kasi I thought na sa 3 months TV ko hindi pwede, I just found out that since wala namang NO FURTHER STAY na nakalagay sa visa ko noon I could have done that then I wouldn't have to come back here in pinas, now im suffering the loneliness and the pain of being away from him.

sana naman hindi masyadong matagal yong processing sa visa ko, mag e-email ako sa embassy by the end of the month to ask for the progress of my visa and whatever they're gonna say I might apply for the TV for 3 months again so I can be with my partner back in aussie while waiting for my partner visa being processed. BTW RF_angel25, were both of your previous marriages annulled ? sana me result na din yong sayo kasi October pa yong sayo, parehas pa naman tayo nang inapplayan partner visa under de facto.

Do you have an idea as to how I could pass our chat logs, since nalodge ko na yung application ko? Wala pa akong CO, nag-aantay pa. Medyo nakakapraning lang mag-antay. Hehe

@jayralvarez hello po, you can call the VIA center and asked them to pick up your additional documents, that's what I did as I forgot to include the emails of my partner and I had, and then my police clearance also. Hindi na ako nag intay sa kanila na e request yong police clearance ko kasi I know naman na required talaga yon.
