@liyah22 yan din ang nangyari..we are already "exploiting" all the possible solutions para mapabilis ang pagprocess.lol i contacted our agent and she said that she will lodge our papers this week.yes it's true na if you have a common family name, name your child with a unique name.:) nakapaglodge na kayo ng papers or are u in australia already?:)

@liyah22 july 8 na ang orientation.july 15 na ang start ng class.sana makahabol ako sa orientation. all our documents binigay na namin sa agent namin.sila na ang maglolodge by wednesday or thursday..kinakabahan na ako...saan school ka pala?

@michelleanne_ramos alam mo ba wen orientation natin sa cic july intake? hehe. di ko kc alam eh. i'm afraid matatagalan pa yong result ng application ko kc nag lodge ako ng hindi pa nag reach ng 3 months maturity yung pera sa bank ng sponsor ko, by the way tita ko sponsor bali pr na xa sa aus. Sana maconsider.

Sana maconsider noh? Btw, i'm under ALVA alam ng proprietor na ala pang 3 months sa bank ng tita ko ang show money,yet he allowed us to file the application sa DIAC.

April 23 - Lodged Visa Application thru PIASI (VIA Ctr), Makati City

April 24 - Received Confirmation Receipt / Student Acknowldgmnt Letter with Attached Health Assessment Referral Letter for Medical Exams

April 25 - Initial Medical Exam at Natonwide Health Systems Aux, Makati City

April 30 - Follow up Additional Test for elevated blood pressure at Nationwide Mkt

May 3 - Nationwide Forwarded Medical Results to E-medical Systems Australian Embassy - Global Health Unit for medical clearance

May 6 - Forwarded additional documents : Form 129 (Change of Contact Email Address for Correspondence) and other supporting docs; DIAC Office Australian Embassy Manila acknowledged Receipt

May 20 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office informing me that "the application is still being assessed against the relevant legislatative criteria and still awaiting the medical clearance from Global Health Unit (GHU) in Australia for a referred medical results.

May 23 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office advising me that Global Health Unit has put my medical clearance finalization on PRIORITY LIST and to advise me the soonest they receive feedback from GHU

May 23 - Forwarded via email the Revised copy of my COE, Letter of Offer and Letter Authorising for Late Arrival for the Change in the Schedule of Study period / joining date from 6 May 2013 to 11 June 2013 with DIAC Acknowledgmnt receipt

May 27 - Received email enquiry reply from J. AMISTAD - DIAC Visa Office with Position No. ----+++ informing me l "medical assessment has been successfully finalised with request to forward s completed Form 815 Health Undertaking

- Sent email w/ attachment of the signed Filled out Form 815 HU to J. AMISTAD; no receipt confirmation from DIAC received

May 28 - Re-sent Form 815 to confirm forwarding of required documents, again no receipt confirmation given

Onwards -------- sent emails almost every other day but still no response from J.AMISTAD received also even from the usual auto-generated system reply none

At present, eto NGANGA...waiting pa din kung kelan mahihinog ang santol...simba simba araw araw..punas sa mga santo sa Quiapo at luhod sa St. Jude Church sa may Malakanyang..nakalimutan ng magsuklay and worst naglalakad ng kinakausap sarili....ewan kolng kung aabot pa..buti nlng meron ditong forum at nkkasustain ng pag - asa at pagod sa kaiisip.

@franz25 di pala nasend yung reply ko. Okay lang yan. Yung friend ko, 5 days before classes nya natnggap yung visa nya. Imposible naman na hindi iggrant yan. Wag ka muna magisip ng negative- wala pa naman akong naririnig na nadeny.. Except for those na valid reason talaga para ideny. :-) wag ka mawalan ng pagasa. Last step na yan.

Guys question regarding student visa. I graduated here with a degree in Bachelor of science in Medical Technology. I applied sa University of Western Sydney ng Bachelor of Science. But they emailed me na baka nagkamali daw ako because I have already a degree in the same field. They said I should submit a statement of purpose or apply for a Masters. Ayoko mg Masters kase one year duration lang yun. Mas maganda if 2 years or more ang studies dun. Better chance of getting a PR right?

Now the question is.. Is it ok if i submit a statement of purpose na lang (although I dont know yet what i will say here)? Di kaya ma apektuhan din yung pg grant ng student visa sa embassy kung napansin nila ang napansin ng UWS? I wonder ano ginawa ng nurse graduates dito who are also taking up Nursing in Australia.

@ten2six - licensed medtech na po ba kayo? try mo muna i check ang prospectus nang school. meron silang soft copy version. check mo yung description. or try mo mag attend nang isa sa mga education expo nang IDP para makausap mo ang representatives nang ibat ibang paaralan. or you can also ask idp directly kung ano mabuting gawin. or tanungin niyo kung ano ginawa nang kakilala niyo na same case sa inyo

@ten2six - if you have read, for nurses, they call it brigding or conversion program,

For overseas nursing graduates, the AU nursing board (APHRA yata un), will assess their qualification/education and will decide whether they need briding/conversion or enroll as BSN to be able to practice in AU..

so in your case, why don't you check first with your licensing agency first, maybe hindi mo na kailangan mag-aral, baka mag take ka lang ng exam at pwede kana mag apply ng Skilled migrant PR visa... kung meron kang med tech work experience..

meron din dito medtech na nag-apply ng directly as skilled migrant at nasa AU na ngaun.. check mo status ni @Ren, she applied as Medical Laboratory Technician ANZSCO Code 311213..had her assessment under AIMS.

@chanel07 Visa grant napo kaya etong email sakin today ng DIAC, "...Our records indicate that the decision on your application was finalised on 03 June. Please note that the decision was despatched via courier. In this regard, please allow ample time for courier delivery. If you do not receive your documents after 7 working days, please contact the Call Centre to enquire for the status of the delivery of your documents.." still waiting for the courier of thr visa pack..kakaba

Ang swerte ninyo. Congrats! Nag email na po ang Deakin University asking for my certificate of completion sa school ko dito kaso undergraduate ako. Nakakapagtaka kasi ang application ko online is stating that i have ticked na complwted ko ang bachelor's ko dito pero hindi ko naman ginawa yun. Hay. Gulo. Anyway sana matanggap ako sa Deakin.
