    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    May 28, 2013 - Got Provisional Offer Letter from CDU
    May 30, 2013 - IDP forwarded requirements to CDU
    June 2, 2013 - CDU asking for the signed Provisional Offer Letter
    June 5, 2013 - IDP forwarded the Provisional Offer Letter. Received visa checklist from IDP. CDU acknowledged financial documents from my sponsor.
    June 19, 2013 - paid tuition fee to CDU, got Offer Letter and COE from CDU.
    June 20, 2013 - receive Full Offer
    June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them
    July 12, 2013 - received email from [email protected] and IDP for the Visa grant! Thank you, Lord!

    Requirements:
    4 passport size photos
    Passport
    Medical forms - for downloading
    *naka-indicate sa health examination list yung forms na kailangan mong fill-upan at dalin on the day of the medical. In my case:
    Form 26 - medical examination
    Form 160 - chest x ray

    Yung tests would depend dun sa health examination list n I sesend sayo ng embassy.

    @guro_ako 1850 per unit. They gave me 4 units kaya 7400aud. Pero sabi nung kasabay ko student pwede dw irequest na 3 units lng, ganun ginawa nya. Hindi pa kasali osch yan. Check BUPA website for the quote. It depends ilan kasama mo at ilan yrs. When is your intake? Go na! Para madami tyo dun. Hehehe

    @mae_oz hello.. If I may ask, taga san ka dear? You can visit yung trusted travel agencies sa area niyo and ask them for available student fares.. You can also opt to go directly sa office ng airline for student fares. Kung san mas convenient for you. Make sure you have a copy of your visa grant notice.

    Yung sakin sa Makati.. Fares would vary depending on your departure date (usually mas mahal ang fares pag weekend) and dun sa available booking class.. Meron kasing certain booking class yung mga airlines who offer student fares.. Kung hindi naman na available yung booking class na yun for student fares, ask them for the lowest available booking class..

    Make sure that you don't book the exact same flight details (e.g. Same date, airline and flight number) with 2 different travel agencies. The airline would cancel one of the bookings kasi dupe/duplicate booking yun..

    hello everyone, I just have a question po. How do we confirm po ba if na receive na ng embassy ang medical results? I called NHSI-Cebu yesterday and they said that na forward na daw nila ang medical results. I tried to call the embassy's customer hotline pero sabi ng sumagot, there's no way for them to know daw if nareceive na ang medical results. Is there a way to confirm it? and paano po ba malalaman if meron ng CO or wala pa?

    @MissMimicakes hello.. Yung sakin Wala ng confirmation whether or not nareceive na ng embassy. Tinanong ko lang sa SLEC kung naforward na nila.

    Yung communication na nareceive ko from the embassy eh yun lang health examination list email then yung text message na for delivery na yung docs.

    Hi mga sisters! Nagreply na both schools University of Ballarat and Deakin University. Mas mabilis magreply ang Deakin University and the fact na hindi ako dumaan ng agent. Sa Ballarat, via IDP ako. Medyo matagal nga pag agent. Mas okay kapag online application.

    Tomorrow na speaking test ko sa IELTS. Sana not lower than 6.5! Please pray for me po. Baka di na ako makahabol sa July intake ko... Feb na lang.

    Hi guys! ask ko lng kung meron ba dito na narefer ang medicals?haay

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    Thank you god!!:) im done waiting :)

    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
