    @KG2 np sir. Yan lang yong sagot ni Maysie nong nag ask ako, iba kasi sagot ng IDP at sabi bayad ulit sa visa application fee. Ewan ko nagulohan ako hehe.

    Uu mabuti pa email mo si Maysie, nag.rereply naman sya agad. Di ko kilala si Nova pero nag rereply din sa email ko si Joanne de ala, pinoy din. IT course ko, sir.

    Di ko alam what will happen if may tuition fee increase. Most likely bayad sa increase sa nabasa ko sa Coe ko.

    My goodness sana naman dumating na email ko for medical tomorow, may flight pa kasi ako on wednesday to Manila. Sana dinggin lahat dasal natin ni Lord. :)

    May 27, 2013 - Sent application to Charles Darwin University (CDU)
    May 28, 2013 - Got Provisional Offer Letter from CDU
    May 30, 2013 - IDP forwarded requirements to CDU
    June 2, 2013 - CDU asking for the signed Provisional Offer Letter
    June 5, 2013 - IDP forwarded the Provisional Offer Letter. Received visa checklist from IDP. CDU acknowledged financial documents from my sponsor.
    June 19, 2013 - paid tuition fee to CDU, got Offer Letter and COE from CDU.
    June 20, 2013 - receive Full Offer
    June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them
    July 12, 2013 - received email from [email protected] and IDP for the Visa grant! Thank you, Lord!

    @tagaCebu pero kasi weekend yung 15 and 16. kaya ayun,. Medyo natagalan nga eh. Went to IDP ng saturday, tapos tuesday na-lodge kasi holiday sa oz nung June 10. Tapos holiday naman satin ng June 12, tapos inabutan pa ako ng weekend, kaya ayan.. na-delay delay. haha! Hopefully next week, sabay sabay na tayo ma-grant :)
    Kainis talaga yong mga days na delay. Crucial kasi sa atin kahit isang araw lang lumipas hehe. Ayos na yang sayo, im feeling darating na grant mo. Ako di pa naka medical. Sana after sa medical ko tuparin nila 14 days processing for SVP hehe

    @tagaCebu super talaga nakakastress. Sana pati weekend may nagwowork din para di sila matambakan din. hehehe! Nako! Magdilang anghel ka sana, I'm really hoping and praying and praying and praying and praying(paulit ulit tlaga na praying. haha) na dumating na ang visa grant this week. Ang hirap kasi gumalaw pag wala pang visa grant eh. Di makapag prepare ng maayos. :))

    @tagacebu - ganun ba...IDP says reapply? but CDU says wala na? Anybody sa forum na to who knows what to really do sa cases na deferred ang enrolment for next sem and naka apply na and ready for approval ang visa?

    Greetings comrades, I have another question. My defacto partner and I are planning to go to Australia via student visa. Dapat ba ideclare sa school that we have a toddler son? Our son won't be coming with us to Australia and will be remaining with the grandparents. Or sa immigration na lang yun idedeclare?

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    Thank you god!!:) im done waiting :)

    Bai. Heto yung email nang IDP.

    If it wont come out after 22 July, we will have to request for deferment to the next intake from CDU and send to the Embassy the revised LO and COE and await for their decision on your visa. No need to repeat medical exam as this remains valid at the DIAC for 1 year.

    No need to reapply for a new VISA. LO and CoE nalang kelangan. Yaiks!!! Hintay2 naman nang 7 months pag nangyari to!!! Booooo!!!

    @maliboo wala pang update sa DIAC. last email nila, try daw nilang ipa urgent processing. LOL. Mag papaprint/fillup and scan nanga lang ako nang health undertaking form para kung humingi man sila eh meron na agad. im not sure if addressing your case to DIAC will be good. pero if you feel like it OK din naman siguro, who knows baka i expedite nila dahil nga you came to this kind of hassle. napaka bummer nang ng nangyari sa inyo. nabasa niyo ba previous post ko mam? yung possibility na marefer ang medicals ni hubby niyo?

    @dadedidodu17 - oo nga naman mam pero nireready ko na rin self ko sa possibility na hindi dumating para hindi ako mabaliw. LOL. hopeful parin na it will come before July 22. Hehehe.

    Possible kaya mag grant ng visa ang DIAC four months prior the start date of my class? October intake kasi ako pero I lodge my visa application too early last April thru IDP. Last email nila sakin was they sent a follow up email to Global Health for my med clearance. Im subclass 573. Thanks!

    @KG2 hmm hala knabahan tuloy ako sa email ko nasend ko na eh hehe oh well, snbe ko lng nmn na ntagalan ung addtl test na kylangan dhil ngkaron ng misunderstanding :) dhil nagresign ung doctor nmen hehe.sbe kc dpt within 2 wks after exam kng mron addtl dpt mapass agad. ok lng kya un?

    @bluejinx nagemail po ako sa DIAC :) 2 days after naupload ung medical :)

    @amedina I think it's possible po or bka may entry date po kau na 3 months before :)

    @dadedidodu17 hala bkt gnun?kelan ka ngemail?ako ngemail last tuesday the day after my reply nman..try calling im not sure kng tama ung number ko I have 2 numbers kc eh.. (757 8340) this one is only available from mon-thurs 2-4pm tpos itong 845 9200 na inquiry line din pro ang inask ko kc is about addtl docs so i'm not sure if they have access sa files mo. I hope this helps :)

    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    @maliboo ok lang yun mam. mabuti ngang ganun para ma lagay nila yan sa kanilang continuous imporvement programs. wala naman kasi akong nakita na parang implementing rules and regulation para sa turnover procedures nang physicians in case mag resign ang doktor.pero hindi naman kailangan yan kung tutuusin.kaso ngalang pwedeng ma overlook ang medicals minsan like what happened to you.

    @maliboo - I called this number 757-8340 and I can feel, that the person we are sending enquiry email and yung person na sumagot sa akin are the same! kasi sinabi ko pa lang pangalan ko without any reference number and it was my first time calling them, ay alam agad nya ang isasagot at sabi nya, she'd been receiving by daily emails and they have already noted that my intake is on 10th July..
    So let's keep on calling them at least alam nila, na we are concerned about our visa and I even told them politely and nicely na, di na ako makatulog kakaantay..

    Subclass 572 - July 10, 2013 intake extended till 26July - Melbourne
    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....

    @maliboo Since hindi ako sumunod sa three months prior lodging, it means ba na matagal pa dadating visa ko? Meron ba dito naka experience na ma-grant ng maaga (2-3 mons prior start date)? Tnx!
