    @amedina ano po ba ung timeline nyo po? my mga nbasa po ako na sometimes po it's possible na 2-3mos prior sa intake date po pwde :) pro not quite sure kc swamped with paperworks dn ang DIAC at the moment. pro I think kng 573 nmn po ung inapplyan nyo wla nmn mggng prob :)

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    @dadedidodu17 sis anong e-mail add ng DIAC? i'm still hesitant to call them kasi 13 days pa lang ako since the acknowledgement e-mail..kinakabahan na talaga ako..

    May 6 - received COE from USQ
    June 8 - sent application to embassy thru agency
    June 19 - acknowledgement letter received
    June 20 - medicals done at NHSI Cebu.
    June 25 - medicals uploaded
    July 13 - Visa granted. Thank you Lord!

    @KG2 np sir. Yan lang yong sagot ni Maysie nong nag ask ako, iba kasi sagot ng IDP at sabi bayad ulit sa visa application fee. Ewan ko nagulohan ako hehe.

    Uu mabuti pa email mo si Maysie, nag.rereply naman sya agad. Di ko kilala si Nova pero nag rereply din sa email ko si Joanne de ala, pinoy din. IT course ko, sir.

    Di ko alam what will happen if may tuition fee increase. Most likely bayad sa increase sa nabasa ko sa Coe ko.

    My goodness sana naman dumating na email ko for medical tomorow, may flight pa kasi ako on wednesday to Manila. Sana dinggin lahat dasal natin ni Lord. :)
    Bai. Heto yung email nang IDP.

    If it wont come out after 22 July, we will have to request for deferment to the next intake from CDU and send to the Embassy the revised LO and COE and await for their decision on your visa. No need to repeat medical exam as this remains valid at the DIAC for 1 year.

    No need to reapply for a new VISA. LO and CoE nalang kelangan. Yaiks!!! Hintay2 naman nang 7 months pag nangyari to!!! Booooo!!!
    Thank you sa info, bai KG2. Good to know di na kailangan mag reapply. Hahayz tagal pa ng 7 months. Sana di na tayo mag defer pa. Ok lang ba mag email sa DIAC to follow up sa medical exam notice. Wla pa akong email na nareceive to undergo medical tsk tsk. Last June 26 ko na receive yong acknowledgement text nila na they got my papers/application.

    May 27, 2013 - Sent application to Charles Darwin University (CDU)
    May 28, 2013 - Got Provisional Offer Letter from CDU
    May 30, 2013 - IDP forwarded requirements to CDU
    June 2, 2013 - CDU asking for the signed Provisional Offer Letter
    June 5, 2013 - IDP forwarded the Provisional Offer Letter. Received visa checklist from IDP. CDU acknowledged financial documents from my sponsor.
    June 19, 2013 - paid tuition fee to CDU, got Offer Letter and COE from CDU.
    June 20, 2013 - receive Full Offer
    June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them
    July 12, 2013 - received email from [email protected] and IDP for the Visa grant! Thank you, Lord!

    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    update nyo lang ako mga sisters..sa friday pa mag 14 working days application namin.kung next week pa dadating super panic na talaga.gusto ko lang magtanong.sila ba mag uupdate sa atin if may problem sa medical or dapat tayo ang magtanong?thanks!

    @maliboo @dadedidodu17- yes kakatawag ko lang ngayon (a seconds ago), and I was put on hold like an hour :| and still same - still queued for case officer..however, they're giving priority those who are commencing soon.. and yes, I kept on telling them that I am really worried and I want to sleep at night na.. I have eye luggage na at panda eyes

    @dadedidodu17 I tried calling nagring sya so akala ko ssgutin na sabay busy lol they hung up on me.. tpos I called ulit nkahold ako for a while tpos sbe if u have inquiries on visa's already lodged please email blahblah..aun I gave up..haha

    I suggest everyday email is sufficient enough than calling, then mag-email ng 11am para di matabunan ng last night email from others.... then pag di-magreply mag followup email in the afternoon.. :-?

    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    Thank you god!!:) im done waiting :)

    @maliboo - wag kang mag give up, i've tried 4times after pressing so many with recorded message, tapos biglang magbbusy, but after 4times successful but was put onhold for like i think less than hour..

    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical

    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June

    @dadedidodu17 - yep kasi ganyan din ako dati hahaha, pagdating sa office, kakatamad magbasa ng sankaterbang email from client, minsan nakakaligtaan pa, whereas, kung noontime, at least relax na at madalang na ang pagdating ng email at medyo nakakapag-reply na, normally, if i have follow up from them on the same day, i can get a reply from them.. pero sana sa twing binabasa nila ang email, wag nilang lalong ibaon sa ang papeles ko..hahaha

    I called the 757 number @maliboo - pinapindot2 ako nang 1 and 2 tapos pinahintay nang konti tapos naging bz. lol. bz sila sa pag finalize nang ating mga visa siguro. kaya "BUSY" ang phonelines. LOL

    @pepper - bilib din ako sa persistence mo ha. your pinoyau handle suits you well sa taga DIAC Manila. Pepper=maaanghang sa DIAC. LOL. Sana dumating na grants natin...LOL
