    Helping a friend, anyone here who is a graduate of psychology and currently working as HR assistant? I am looking sa SOL but wala ako makita related sa HR
    work experience, Any advise or link or anyone with this background na nag-apply for skills migration?
    it should be in CSOL, and will require State Sponsorship Visa 190..
    Check South Australia... mukhang dun in-demand/available ang mga HR professionals.

    how did you know na na south australia in demand, did you check one by one each state? or merong list of occupation and naka mention which state is in demand for that skills?

    @pmzinoz - you need to check one by one (website ng each state)..

    i just remembered kasi one of my friends also started applying for assessment..
    maraming iba ibang occupation codes ang HR professionals (HR manager, Training and Dev, HR Adviser, Recruitment etc) ..

    so isa isahin nya yan, make sure na tama ang job description nya versus the Anzsco code,
    and make sure na available pa ang slots for that occupation, before starting assessment..

    in short, you need to do a lot of research..

    @michel_75 -any idea if may IELTS requirement ang skills assessment through VETASSESS? I have not really checked yet sa site nila pero if ma-share mo info about this would appreciate it.

    General Accountant here so ang route na tinitingnan ko is ICAA or CPAA for my skills assessment. Pero Academic test at mataas ang band score requirement nila kaya kelangan lang ng fallback in case di ko ma-meet yung 7.

    ^^ no ielts requirements sa vetassess. You can proceed with your assessment unlike cpaa/icaa na dapat may acad ielts agad.

    Pero you still need to get General Training Ielts sa Diac and must have 7 each to get 10 points.

    Thank you sir @vhoythoy. Correct kelangan parin ng GT IELTS for the points purposes 7 dapat para may 10. If 6 lang ok parin naman, considered competent English level yung 6, although 0 point ito sa Skillselect. So dapat ma compensate ito sa ibang category (e.g. Spouse assessment na 5 pts.)

    @jcal149 hello! walang IELTS na requirement sa VETASSES pero kailangan mo ng IELTS result sa DIAC. Kaya sa vetassess ko gustong mag pa assess kasi di pa nila kailangan ng IELTS. Kaya ang plan ko habang inaantay ko yong result ng assessment ko sa VETASSESS magrereview ako para after 3 months review saka na ako mag exam. Tama yang sinabi mo ang hirap mareach yong 7 na grade, lalo na sa akin na di naman magaling sa english. Nag exam na ako ng acad nong July 2012 alam mo nakuha ko reading 5, listening 5.5, speaking 6, writing 6. Kaya retake ako at GT na lang ang kukunin ko kasi yon lang naman requirement ng DIAC.

    Dear wala yatang accountant sa VETASSESS..double check mo kung meron. Dati gusto kong mag pa assess sa PIA pero mataas IELTS requirement nila kaya vetassess na lang ako pero sa tingin ko mas mura ang bayad sa ibang assessing authorities kaysa sa vetassess.

Am also a Psychology graduate and was assessed for the Recruitment Consultant position (visa subclass 190). If your friend is into HR, he/she can be assessed for the HR Adviser position.

    NBI Clearance/Police Clearance are one and the same in this forum... We pass the NBI Clearance to DIAC as a requirement prior to being granted a visa.

    Gandang araw po sa lahat!
    I'm a newbie here & this is my 1st post/inquiry.
    I'm planning to apply for assessment in vetassess, ang problem ko po ay kung ano ang work skill na i-nominate ko...
    Currently, I'm a senior account executive na ang focus ay customer relations and little of finance (4 years), prior to this, I was a Financial analyst in treasury (8 years), and had also 5 years banking operations experience in 2 local banks (Budget analyts & Treasury backroom).
    I graduated BSC Major in Economics, and had units in MBA....
    Checked in CSOL, wala po ako makita na malapit sa work ko except ang Accountant (general), e hindi naman po accounting ang kinuha ko ng college....ito po ang mga questions ko...am just being careful sa pag apply kasi bukod sa mahal sya, benchmark sya all throughout processing period...ang nasa isip ko before na dapat na skills ko applyan is banking & finance, or financial analyst, pero wala ganun sa CSOL...
    Appreciate any advise.

    Ok just received my vetassess results and its positive. Point test advice got favorable outcome as well so i can claim 8 years or more for 20 points. Ielts done so i have 10 points. Im just not sure about how many points should i claim for my bachelors degree in Accountacy in PUP (section 2 school) 15 or 10? Its not clear in assessment results.

    Either way, if you are not confident about claiming 15pts sa education mo; you can downplay that and claim just 10pts...

    65 pts will still get an invite naman din eh... :) Lapit na iyan pre!

    Ok just received my vetassess results and its positive. Point test advice got favorable outcome as well so i can claim 8 years or more for 20 points. Ielts done so i have 10 points. Im just not sure about how many points should i claim for my bachelors degree in Accountacy in PUP (section 2 school) 15 or 10? Its not clear in assessment results.

    CPA ka diba? If CPA ka, then you can definitely claim 15pts, ansabi ba sa assessment result? Anyhow, how many points ka ba sa age? If 30 pts, then even if you claim 10pts (be on the conservative side) you will still register 65 pts and this should not have a problem getting an invitation.
    Teka compute ko ulit haha. Sabi sa assessment is "the qualification is at the required level". Sabi ng iba forumers, group A yung internal auditor sa vetasses so most likely bachelors sya. Yup cpa din. So, eto points ko if ever: work exp 15 points, ielts 10 pts, education 15 points (just in case), age 30 points (32 yrs old). Tama ba 70 points?
    Tama ka... 70pts! :)

    Either way, if you are not confident about claiming 15pts sa education mo; you can downplay that and claim just 10pts...

    65 pts will still get an invite naman din eh... :) Lapit na iyan pre!

    What will happen if you send EOI, got invitation and then let it lapsed after 2 months period without lodging visa applications. Wht are the means of paying credit card visa in diac?
