What will happen if you send EOI, got invitation and then let it lapsed after 2 months period without lodging visa applications. Wht are the means of paying credit card visa in diac?

wrong sentence haha. Should be what are the modes of payments for visa processing fees other than credit card. I still need to find someone na abot ang cc limit for my visa fees.

@vhoythoy - search mo dito yung ginawa nung iba.. nag advance payment sila sa CC...

example credit limit is 100k, then you make advance payment of 150k, then pwede mo na gamitin CC mo to pay 250k visa fee...

check mo first sa bank mo kung pwede..

guys.. confirm ko lang.. yung test reference number ba for IELTS... yun ba yung Test Report Form number? wala kac ako nakita na test reference dun sa binigay na IELTS result saken.

- unless may mga work syang makita na employer sponsored..
- hanap ng bf/asawa na nasa SOL/CSOL ang occupation..

hello guys.. ask ko lang.. lahat ba dito na nag-apply ng PR sa australia.. nakapunta na ng australia? hehehe... i've travelled a lot but have never been to australia... does this matter in the decision to be granted a visa? it's one of the questions kasi sa pag-lodge... hope someone can answer.

@floradanica hahaha.. yup... we all went through that.. nagiging praning lang.. baka may impact lang xa kung nakapunta ka na sa OZ... hehehe...

so kahit wala ka kakilala... ma-grant pa rin yung visa.. d tulad ng canada na may criteria on how well you will adapt to the place.. requirement ang may family na dun..

hello po, ask ko din po sana about this question sa lodgement of visa... "Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?" This includes po ba kung nagtrabaho ka abroad for more than 12 months? or for PR/citizen lang to?

sir @lock_code2004 kailangan ko pa rin bang ilagay ang dalawang address ko for the same country with different dates? For ex. stayed in jeddah from 2004-2009 and riyadh from 2011-2013. Should i still include these 2 places sa e-visa form kahit same country lang or yung latest address lang for that country ang ilagay ko? maraming salamat!

hi rainierperillo, i think jung sa engineers australia ka irrelevant ang school...based kc sa dun sa migration booklet ang pathway ay :

There are two pathways to recognition of your
qualifications:
a)through recognised (accredited) Engineering
Qualifications
b)through a Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) for
non-recognised qualifications.

I hired a migration agent non sa SG and ang sabi nya sa kin since ndi ako maco consider dun sa Washington accord at sydney accord na sinasabi ng EA so ang pathway ko lang ay through CDR kaya un ang gnawa ko submitted a CDR sa EA back in 2008

ano pa yung pwedeng gawin re visa charges? kasi ang limit lang ng card ko ay 153k though I have another card na ganun din ang limit. pwede bang dalawang card? ang mahal na kasi eh may dependents ako...

@examiner30 kami po nag request kami na iincrease yung credit limit, kaya lang subject to approval yun and may 7 business days na review and approval period. ginawa namin nag request kami ng addtl 220k on top of our existing credit limit para sure. Pero i think hindi lahat binigay sa amin. Siguro dahil dun sa request namin hindi naman namin din sinabi na magbayad kami ng visa fee. I think yung iba temporary credit line increase yung ginawa ng iba.
Pwede rin naman thru debit card, as long as meron visa or master logo and security pin sa back ng card yun and sufficient funds to cover thevisa fee and conversion charges and etc... Yun din kasi tinanong ko sa mga daberkads dito kung pwede. Pero ayun, nataon na approve na kasi cc increase namin kaya yun na gagamitin namin.

sayang din kasi points hehe.

And kung totoo po na mag iincrease na naman primary applicant fees this sept 1, maganda po magbayad the soonest time possible para di kayo ma affect.

I'm trying to fill up yung VETASSESS online form pero meron po kasi dun about MAJOR PROJECT done nung college. Kailangan ba iprove yun? Iniisip ko kasi may major project po kme sa ECE ung Electronics Design and Communications Design. Tapos nanghihingi ng details. Ang masasabi ko lang eh yung ano ung project, anong term nagstart and natapos eh. Or mas mabuting wag na lang maglagay?

Any suggestion po?

Isang tanong po ulit, sa wakas nagbigay na ng payo yung developmental pedia ng anak ko. Sabi nya piliin daw namin yung type ng visa na may health requirement waiver. Nagbasa ako and isang option namin is VIsa 489 (either state sponsored or relative sponsored from a designated area) para may option kami to sign a waiver pag nagkataon. ANg 189 or 190 kasi walang option so kung hindi mkapasa anak ko sa medical denied right away sya. SInce may qualified relative at willing naman sila eh yun na lang samin. Problem ko is wala ako mahanap kung anong docs ang kailangan nila provide. Nabasa ko kasi yung declaration lang. Though I read na din na magprovide ako ng family tree at docs to support our relationship sa sponsor may additional pa ba na docs silang ibibigay? At yung declaration form na i-accomplish ng sponsor naming original or certified na lang at isasama sa attachments ng application namin?

By the way the VISA489 is temporary up to 4 years, pero after 2 years of living in Aust pwede na apply for PR. And the waiver will be use as our pledge that we will undertake additional medical expenses of my son just in case.
