Chief, basahin po maige yung MSA booklet. Makailang ulit ko binasa at inintindi ang mga nakasaad doon. Pero siyempre malaki ang naging role ng agent ko sa finalization ng CDR at CPD
Feb to April 2013 ang preparasyon ko diyan sa Skills Assessment na yan, importante yung relevance ng work experience mo ma-detalye mo ng maayos sa 3 career episode reports na gagawin mo. lagay ka rin ng konting pics sa site ng project at tables.

@dan78 sir pede din po ba makahingi ng sample CDR for CE? Ang una po nming plano talaga is mag-student visa me kaso nagkaproblema po kme sa process (as you can see in my timeline). My husband is a CE po, baka pede nyo po kme masendan ng sample letter din po. Eto po email add ko: [email protected] madaming salamat!!!

In a newbie here. Yong 16 weeks na time table ng ea can also be shorter. In my case i had it after 13 weeks including the snail mail.all the best sa lahat. Ito mdyo tense ako about eoi knowing na nasa 6 critical occupation ako.

@sonsi_03 If you can demonstrate that skills required with your wrk exp, coe+jd, educ qual.. Pwedeng pwede naman..

Very tricky ang pagpili ng kung anung occupation code ang inonominate.. Several factors nga kung may open pang states kug required ng SS, occupation limit, etc..

and not to mention the cost. it is a tough decision anyways im looking to it as contingency plan pero me option pa naman

i was just thinking na kung acceptable naman ung na furnish kong requirements for EA i may be able to use it for TRA

hullo! update ko lang sa engineers australia acknowledgement receipt ko. They emailed me to update my address kailangan daw po box pag dito. ayun na update ko na.

Anybody here can tell me kung wala kang feedback galing sa assessor mo regarding your assessment what does it mean?

1. Once I submit my application to EA, next thing to expect is an acknowledgment letter thru mail or email lang?
2. After acknowledged na, f they want more supporting docs, how to provide? Mail pa din? My worry is makadagdag ito sa TAT
3. Will it help if I use Sydney address ng bro-n-law ko instead of my Singapore mailing address?
4. What are the common grounds na negative ang assessment results based sa may experience na po dito na na-reject ang application?

hindi talaga sila nagbibigay ng feedback or hindi ka talaga kokontakin unless may kailangan sila sayo...

2. they will contact you and will inform kung kailangan nila ng original copy or ctc or pwde na scan.. yes it will affect the processing time of your application
3. pwede nmn para mabilis mareceive ang result
4. hindi match ang skills/documents/job description sa nominated occupation..

I submitted Cdr for Engineers Australia last wk July 2012 then nagreply sila looking for my IELTS Dec 2013… its worth the wait.

Pero once your accredited na sa EA doesn't mean na member ka na agad ng Engineers Australia am i right? Mag take pa din ba ng exams if you need to work for example as Site Engineer? THANKS AND GODBLESS

your age wont matter for EA assessment..

pag nasa EOI/skillselect kana, dun pa lang kailangan ng points for age..
and the point for age will be based on the date of visa invitation..

nope hindi ka pa member agad.. separate ang migration assessment versus EA membership.. may ibang requirements..

may mga occupations na kailangan ng license to practice.. im not sure lang kung site engineer nga yun..

minsan may mga mababait na EA assessment officer..
sasabihin nila or magsusugest sila ng mas fit na occupation code for you...

pero kung nabasa mo nmn ang ANZSCO code job desc ng nominated occupation mo..
at ganun nmn ang laman ng mga coe + jd mo, then there is nothing to worry about..

@IslanderndCity - Let me answer your question.

Nope! Your assessing officer will email you to suggest an ANZSCO job code that will fit your Job Description and what you wrote in your Career Episodes (That is why your what you'll write in your Career Episodes is very important).

You can either accept the suggestion or submit more evidence that you can fullfil the ANZSCO code you nominated for yourself. Most of the time EA will require you to submit new sets of career episodes and the summary page of your CE.

Di ka na po sisingilin ng additional fees.

Sa case namin, nagsuggest c CO ng ibang ANZCO Code. Telecommunications Engineer kasi ung pinaassess ko pero sabi nya mas fit ung CDR ko as Telecommunications Network Engineer. So binigyan kmi ng dalawang options, either mag Telco Network Engr ako or magsubmit ng isa pang CDR. Nagpalit nlng ako ng ANZCO code para less hassle besides halos same lang din naman ung dalawang code.

@bttaroja@213: thanks for the info. at least di ako masyadong kakabahan sa result ng EA assessement. I am praying na positive. counting the days pa rin ako. its exhausting. ang tagal ng 16 weeks!
