e papa notaryu ba nyu yung statutory delcaration?

Yun 3 employer references ko puro wala notary. Similar format ng ginawa mo. And na-approve naman, although hindi din masama ipa-notary mo.

Meron naman po hindi masyado kamahalan around Php20-40 / document.

2. Referral from my manager with my broad roles and responsibility (wala na yung company letter head kase nag close na)
3. contract, payslips and ITR
4. optional : maybe mag send ako ng statutory dec and again with detail duties and responsibility similar / closely related sa referral ng manager.

I just got a letter from ACS...as in five minutes ago informing me of their assessment result. Thank God my skills are suitable! Just sharing...

Super thank you po pala sa lahat ng mga taga forum...I followed all your advices sa pagapply sa ACS. Ito lang talaga ang forum na tinitingnan at tinatanungan ko. Salamat sa inyo.

@lelai_n_stitch - ano po course nyo? ako po kasi ECE pero tinatanggap nman po as an ICT course..

@jeffrey_craiglist - not sure kung gaano katagal, hindi ba nakaindicate kung hanggang kelan mo icocomplete ung additional requirements na hinihingi nila? parang ang nabasa ko kasi pag may additional requirements na hinihingi, it may add 2-4 weeks.. depende na lng sayo kung gaano ka kabilis magcomply sa hinihingi nilang requirements.. anyway, hintay natin ung iba baka may nakaexperience din ng ganyan..

@killerbee, ang course ko po is geodetic engineering so malabo maconsider kasi malayo talaga. Saka followup question, if not related yung course ko sa IT, makukuha ko pa din ba yung 15 pts for the university kasi nasa category 1 naman sya? Thanks!

Hello po,
Naiinip po ako, ang tagal nung ACS ko. Bale kasi nanghingi sila ng updated employer references, nagkamali kasi ako ng send before. Di ko nasunod yung format na gusto nila pero nasubmit ko na po last March 12 yung docs na yun.

Ang tanong ko po ay kelan kaya sila magrereply? Another month po ulit?

Hello po sa lahat. Magtatanong lang po ako. I'm planning to apply for assessment to ACS as a Software Engineer. I'm a licensed ECE at yung school ko ay nasa page 1 ng CEP list. Yung current job ko ngayon (2 years na), ay closely related as Software Engineer ( Planning, designing, programming, installing, support) although Software Developer yung title ko. May 1.9 years akong previous experience as programmer/analyst. What do you think are my chances?

Almost complete na po yung mga kailangan na documents, including yung COE na nirequest ko with detailed description of duties/responsibilities.

Hi bmc_cpu! I think pareho tayo ng case, except that 6 years na work experience ko. Pde ka magpa-assess sa ACS kaya lang I'm not sure if how many years of work experience ang kelangan. Kapag sa DIAC (Dept of Immigration and Citizenship) ka kase tumingin, parang dapat ata at least 5 years of Work experience to get points. May pangcheck ata online kung ilang points ka and dapat 65 points ang minimum. Also, pagdating ng July 2012, iba na ulit ung process. Kelangan muna magsubmit ng Expressions of Interest and ma-invite ka ng DIAC to apply for a visa, unlike ngayon na pde ka na agad maglodge ng application for visa (for example 175) bsta may 65 points ka na. :-)

Hi stolich18. Yun nga e, kailangan ko mag apply agad baka makaabot pa.
btw, Nakita ko to sa DIAC website "...you must provide evidence that you have been in paid employment in any skilled occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) for at least 12 months in the 24 months immediately before applying.". at least one year yung required ng DIAC na experience for the nominated skill at meron ako 3.9 years na closely-related experience. Min. 3 years yung Overseas experience para magka 5 points ka.

Yup tama, 3 years para may 5 points sa DIAC. If abot ka ng 65 points, unahin mo na agad magpacertify sa ACS by completing the requirements and submitting an application online. Decide na on what to your nominated occupation would be, if Software Engineer or Systems Analyst or etc...

Dun sa first link, parang ang minimum tlga sa ACS is 5 years of work experience if I understand it correctly. If ganon nga, bka you might need to consider other visa types like the employer-sponsored visa (457 ata to) pero hindi sya for permanent residence. Someone can correct me here if I'm wrong... Mahal din kase ang ACS application so make sure you meet all the necessary criteria before you apply.

Thanks sa links. Btw, saang group ba yung mga ECE, A or B? May nabasa kasi ako considered na Group A daw o major ICT course yung ECE. Pag ganito ksi, min. 2 years. Yung sa 'yo, saang group ka nilagay ng ACS?

hihi oo ngapala may utang pa skn ACS kung sang group ako. Kase ang sinend pa lang nila ung PDF file na "suitable" daw ako. pero wala pa ung group, cguro in the coming days marreceive ko un. Will let you know. :-)

Hi @bmc_cpu. Ahh di ko alam na group A ang ECE. hihi ECE Graduate din ako. ;-) yup oo nga bilis ng assessment ko eh. Tip ko would be to follow the requirements indicated. Especially cguro ung sa school and sa work experience. I was able to get a COE kase from HR plus may cover letter pa ako from my previous manager and my team lead ngayon. hehehe Di na ako gumawa ng statutory declaration. Both letters are very detailed in terms of my tasks.

stolich18, yung sa akin COE lang pero detailed yung duties and responsibilities at may comment na dun yung signatory, 2 pages yung COE ko from my present company. Do you think kailangan pa ng cover letter? Tumawag ba sa mga dati mong companies ang ACS?

^ not sure if tumawag sila pero wala namang sinabi skn ang HR at team lead/manager ko. hihi yup cguro oks na yang COE mo, nagcover letter lang ako kase walang number of hours by default ung COE na binigay ng HR. Hindi rin nakaindicate if full time ako nagwwork. :-)

Make sure dun sa COE, may signature and printed on a paper with the company letterhead (yung sakin colored para di ko na kelangan ipa-notarize). Tapos indicate all the necessary details there like ung phone, email nung nagsign. Check mo maigi sa requirements list ng ACS ung details ng document. :-) skn mga 2 pages din ung letter ko, ung sa current company ko 3 pages including yung letter from my team lead. :-)

hi @bmu_cpu! closed na yung case ko pla with acs. interestingly, walang nkalagay na group sa letter ko from them. nkalagay lng suitable ako as software engineer and yung degree ko is comparable to an AQF degree, something like that.... not sure bkt yung iba nakasulat yung group...
