Mas detalyado mas maganda, although hindi ibig sabihin dapat mahaba yun write up niyo. Ilagay niyo yun technologies/tools used niyo and role sa projects.

Hi folks! Question pla regarding the documents to be attached and submitted to ACS. Kailangan ba tlga naka-notarize lahat? Even ung NSO documents like Birth Certificate? In my case kase, I'm able to secure 3 copies from my campus so okay naman ako to give a copy to ACS. Same goes for the COE, I can ask for 3 copies din naman with the letterhead. Ok nga rin kase ung COE na ibibigay sakin, with detailed job description na rin and with my previous manager's information. So basically, parang wala naman kailangan i-notarize/CTC.

They serve as evidence to your qualifications and credentials kasi. :) Although in my case, sandali lang processing nun documents ko and I did not submit a Stat Dec. Standard COE lang and Reference Letter na I drafted myself. Pina-sign ko lang sa supervisor and manager, have them include their cellphone number and email address. Additionally I included a photocopy of their company ID, and have them sign the photocopies. Yun lang po para sa proof of work experience. :) 2 documents per company (1 x COE and 1 x Employer reference).

    @stolich18
If you can afford to submit the original copies, I don't see a problem with that. Nakasulat naman kasi sa guidelines nila, submit certified true copies because they will not return submitted documents back to you. Hehe.

:) Umm.. although hindi po kaya mapamahal kayo if kailanganin mo yan original copies na yan in the future? Hehe.

@bryann i got this info from FAQ in the ACS site. parang mas okay nga din na ung COE + reference letter ang isubmit ko base sa information na to. :)
8C) What information needs to be contained within the employer reference?
    This Reference should:
 show the official company or government department letterhead of the organisation which employed you
 show in the letterhead the full address of the company, any telephone and fax numbers, email and website addresses
 be from your supervisor or the manager of the human resources department –references from colleagues at the same level or below are not suitable
 be signed by an authorised person whose name and position is typed or stamped below the signature – a signature which cannot be identified will not be accepted and include the following information:
    • the direct contact number of the person writing the reference
    • the exact period of employment
    • the required working hours per week
    • whether that employment was permanent or temporary
    • whether the employment was full-time or part-time
    • the position(s) held
    • the main duties undertaken
Positions should not be described by generic titles, but according to the nature of the duties undertaken.
Letters of appointment or contracts are not accepted.

Hi folks! Sorry it's me again, another question hehehe regarding sa COE na kelangan ng ACS, ung info about the job being permanent, tska ung required # of hours per week, kelangan tlga sya noh? wala kase sya sa standard format ng COE namin. Plan ko gawa na lang ng reference letter signed by my team lead, with the company letterhead. Ok na ba yun? :)

Also, regarding my documents, yung change of name after marriage, enough na ba ang marriage certificate to prove that? OR parang dapat may cover letter na gawa ko or affidavit from a lawyer explaining the change in name. Or intuitive na dapat yun? Thanks!

Hi @stolich18, kung kaya magpa-personalize na COE, mas better. Yung akin alam ko ung isang company nakalagay lang na full time regular employee without mentioning exact hours per week.

Not sure about that, di ko pa naaral yung part na yan.

@katlin924 thanks a lot!

Hello po! I'm a newbie here. I'm planning to migrate to Australia to join my Pinay gf who's currently on a working visa in NSW as a nurse. I'm a B.S. IT graduate. And so far, ang work experience ko is as IT technician. Can somebody give me an advice about this? Thank you so much!

Hi @Sundae, welcome to PinoyAu! :)

    Mejo maraming tanong:
    1. San ka gumraduate at ano course mo?
    2. how many years ka na nagttrabaho as IT technician?

Hehe..

Naku, you need at least 3 years solid experience in IT. Pero yung school mo is I think nasa section 3. You can check it on "Accredited Schools" na tab sa may header. Makikita mo dyan yung SECTION ng school mo. If you're not in Section 1, ibig sabihin you still need to provide solid proof na you have sufficient skills. So safe na ang 5-6yrs of experience.

Pero if you can identify your job role in any of the occupation code listed, may chance ka. :) Kailangan mo lang magprovide ng documentation as proof of evidence. :)

Try mo busisiin yung description ng mga roles na available for migration baka kaya mong irelate yung job description mo dun (baka pwede kang system administrator, tipong ganun?)... In terms of work experience, nacheck mo na ba how many points ang kaya mong iacquire? Point system kasi ang DIAC and may mga areas na makakakuha ka ng points, one of them is work experience... You can assess yourself on this link:

I used DHL. Php1,280 ang binayad ko. ACS will receive the documents within 3 days.

    Note:
0.5kg ang weight limit, so like in my case pumasok pa sa bigat yun paper clip na malaki.

Have you taken the points test na ba? Self-assessment lang to kung 65 points or above ka, kase eto ung requirement ng DIAC.

Anong visa inaapplyan mo? Next step is to take the IELTS if you haven't taken in yet. Make sure to schedule your test date ASAP as the slots tend to get booked fast. Required band for all modules is 7 or 8 if you're applying for GSM (General Skilled Migrant) 175 (Independent) or 176 (State Sponsored). Not sure with other visa applications. After that, you can apply for State Sponsorship with one of the states na gusto mo (pag 176) OR derecho online application na sa DIAC (for 175). 175 and 176 visas pa lang din ang familiar kase ako. Hope this helps...
