I've read from one of your comments that you have a 4-year work exp assessed by ACS, I just want to know if all were counted as years when you're considered skilled, I mean no 2yrs deduction (per deeming date new ruling). Were you able to claim 5pts for your work exp?

Pero my agent claimed for 70 points. I asked her about it, and she said, it should be okay to claim for 70 points kasi total work experience naman daw counts. Hindi na ako nakipagtalo. I'm paying her bucks to do her job, and so far, she hasn't done anything to make her lose my trust. Besides, I'm sure I'm not the first client she has managed and she has loads of experience handling PR Visa Applications.
So to answer your question, yes. I claimed for 70 points.

Newbie here. Lodged my visa 189 application last October 5, 2013; all docs uploaded ( except Form 80 and medicals )
As of last check at Evisa, 189 is under priority category 3 so 12 months processing.

15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)
