    Kaya dapat habang nag aaral ay hanap na ng internship or mag apprentice na related sa course na napili or mag part-time work basta related sa course dahil kung hindi ay pinas after graduation. Ang tanong ay madali ba makahanap ng work as apprentice or kailangan lang tiyaga para makahanap?

    oo tol pare pareho lang sila may bayad at ang mahal hehe...yan ang pathway ni mrs after her masters next year...professional year to gain additional 5 migration points para sa pr application namin thru EOI.....pareho lang ang mga industry giving PY to accounting, IT and Engineering....ang choice namin is performance education which is 11,750$ for accounting at sa IT ay 12,260$.....

    @aa777 what do you mean by letter of support? affidavit of support? nyway kung yun nga ok lang po kahit saan bansa galing basta po doon din sa bansang yun inonotarize, and dapat po may attachment na ID nun magsponsor mas ok po kung photocopy ng passport.

    hindi po ako SVP nag agent po ako para dirediretso na lang processing. Importante na complete po talaga ang papers para wala na sila tanong buklat na lang sila ng buklat hehe padaliin natin trabaho ng CO para magbigay ng magbigay na lang ng visa

    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    hi win....ang EOi (expression of interest) yan ang bagong requirement ngayon para makatanggap ka ng invitation mag aply ng skilled independent visa after sa studies mo dito sa OZ.....so after mag graduate ni mrs..mag apply kami ng 485 or graduate skilled visa (working visa) then within that period mag submit na kami ng EOI para maimbitahan mag apply for permanent residency...

    sa pagkaka alam ko yan ang pathway after finishing your course....not unless may mag sponsor sa iyo for a 457 visa.....pero if you want to use your skills especially those coming from your course in OZ then you need to proceed with 485 visa to stay further in OZ......bago mag expire ang existing na 573 visa mo dapat maglodge ka na ng 485 visa so that if darating ang time na mag expire yong existing student visa mo, you will be given a bridging visa A allowing you to work fulltime ....

    Hi to all!

    I have a clarification for those with dependents in their visa application. What happens if strong ang application mo as a student but the CO may not be convinced with your de facto status, would that mean refusal for both? Or will it be safer if my partner will apply for a separate student visa? I'm just considering the budget at this point. In my case kasi (574) nil ang dependents for visa application fee.

    Any ideas on this? Please enlighten. Thank you very much. :)

    Hi Guys! Congrats sa lahat may visa na. Anyway, i just wanna ask and get some advice to anyone na same case of refusal because of "No Access to the Account of Sponsor" then nag-relodge. First Question po, mabilis na lang ba ang timeframe kung magrerelodge? Second, wala po bang magiging problema kung mag-papalit ka ng sponsor? Third, possible kayang mabigyan ako kagad ng Visa kung naka-OR naman ako sa Accnt or maybe having an Special-Power-Attorney? Thank you po in advance sa mga mag-sishare ng ideas. Godbless us all.

    @Darwin hi Win...ang SS ay isa sa mga options yan if maka receive ka na ng invitation after submitting your EOI....if positive ka sa SS then you will get additional 5 migration points then kung regional area ay 10 points....

    @markier87 you will be assessed as one kung isang application lang kayo. so, i believe, your application will be affected kung may doubt sa de facto status ninyo.
