  Kpag kasi hindi citizen asawa mo yes my seminar and counselling pro ang ksbay mo eh ung nagp PDOS, pag andun kna sa cfo mlalaman mo dhil ask sayo ng guard.umpisa plang kung citizen o hindi, then doon ka nila bbgyan instruction, kpg maaga ka nagpunta ask sayo mga tao doon na prang tindero kc pg close pa sila nag aayos ng.line dhil iba ng line ng spouse/partner ng citizen sa permanent or pinoy pa din pti.ung

  July 08 - Medicals done, additional documents submitted VIA

  yes you need PDOS, 309 defacto din ako and nag PDOS din ako sa CFO

  If foreign husband or Pinoy but Australian citizen, you just need to book for counseling seminar. They start early in the morning cuz limited lng ang counselling. Then after the seminar they will issue a certicate, if may visa na they will attach the emigrant sticker in your passport as well. Ang pdos namn po, is for emigrant n pinoy ang asawa like, PR cia, for pinoys who are granted a skilled migrant. You wont be issue any certificate (correct me if im wrong). I advise everyone here in our forum n basahin ang CFO website and you wont go wrong. Andun po lhat ng contact number nila if may tanong pa rin tayo if di p rin naten maintindihan.

  @forevern4always thank you... i was confused about someone telling me counseling plus PDOS pa in this forum... But I already clarified that to CFO when I was there. All I have to do for now is just wait... FOr now, I'm still waiting.. Hopefully soon... nearly waiting 7 months now... I think they're observing appropriate standard time of processing now...

  A few months later CO appointed, medical done and extra documents tendered.

  @tonti yes if its photocopied it should be notarized para to prove that its a certified true copy of the original document.

  we updated them with a letter from my partner asking the status of the app. but they replied that they're still on the progress of standard checking of the documents. and also saying I'm still within the 9 months time frame of standard processing..nearly 7 months waiting now... they don't update me at all.. I usually take the first step in communicating with them, then that's the time they will reply.. When did you lodge yours? and who's your CO btw? @elcee

  Nothing since we've supplied all the docs they asked for. Xmas is looming now, I hope we don't get the nod too close to it.

  Hi Po, bago lang me sa forum. just want to ask kung anyone here na nag apply ng spouse visa pero annulled from previous marriage and kasama sa application mo yung isang anak mo? ganu katagal ang processing time and anu mga requirements na hinihingi. thanks a lot for the help.

  Judging by the activity here of late I'd say no. I suppose since xmas would be the most awkward time to travel our grant will occur then.

  Yay... Visa Grant!!! My CO called me while I'm here in Australia. This is such a lovely news for me and my partner.. Waited for 7 and a half months for this. I could really say that " It will be given to those who patiently waits.. "
  
  
  Timeline for Offshore Partner Visa (de facto) with Tourist Visa application in between:
  
  March 22, 2013 - Sent Partner Visa application to Australian Embassy
  
  March 27, 2013 - Australian Embassy acknowledged receipt of my documents
  
  April 1, 2013 - Received a Request from embassy, NSO documents
  
  April 10, 2013 - Sent my second tourist visa application (TOURIST VISA)
  
  April 15, 2013 - Embassy received my tourist visa (TOURIST VISA)
  
  April 19, 2013 - Embassy received my NSO documents
  
  April 18, 2013 - Medicals done at SLEC
  
  April 26, 2013 - SLEC requested for additional tests: Anti - HCV and Anti - HBS
  (They thought the Embassy wouldn't require another tests for these ones, as I have went through with those before I obtained a grant on my first tourist visa to AU)
  
  May 2, 2013 - SLEC submitted medicals to the embassy
  
  May 9, 2013 - Visa Processing Officer emailed for additional documents like my New Zealand and Philippines Police clearances (maybe this is what they're saying CO ASSIGNED)
  
  May 23, 2013 - Second Tourist Visa granted (TOURIST VISA)
  
  May 27, 2013 - Flew to AU
  
  August 8, 2013 - Sent my New Zealand and Philippines police clearances to Australian Embassy
  
  August 24, 2013 - Arrived in Philippines
  
  August 23, 2013 - Visa Processing officer asked me to complete Health Undertaking, saying the application has not yet been finalized
  
  August 29, 2013 - Sent Health Undertaking via Air 21
  
  August 31, 2013 - Health Undertaking arrived in Australian Embassy on a Saturday 5PM as tracked (no receipt or acknowledgements noted)
  
  September 11, 2013 - Emailed Embassy about the status of my application
  
  September 12, 2013 - Australian embassy replied that my application is currently progressing and is being assessed by standards.
  
  November 13, 2013 - VISA GRANT!!! CO called me to go back to Philippines and must leave Philippines before December 6, 2012 as for the expiry of my Health Undertaking.
