Good news. Almost 6 months? I've been gaining the impression they have a countdown timer set to trigger when 6 months is up, there's hope yet to beat xmas.

New lang po ako dito.
i lodge prospective marriage (visa sub-class 300) on 28th of feb. CO allocated on july 14.and i'm still waiting for the result. but we already got married on july 14 in australia as we stated in our application. Would this affect my application.
Golly vell I was feeling a bit optimistic until I read your post, how depressing. When I read the rules for a 300 visa early this year I felt by reading between the lines that there was more chance of winning lotto than gaining a 300 visa, so I went and married then applied for a 309. I can't help but feel your application is stuck in the bottom of the too hard basket, possibly alongside ours as they're possibly gnashing their teeth wondering how I managed to get married within the non-visa period timespan, but we remain hopeful of a visa in a few days time when our 6 months penance period is up. Po.

@vell..on my opinion, yes it will affect your application. As u are in a prospective marriage visa which means you are about to get married. And based on the rules of PMV you make sure that you will get married after 9 months when the time u are granted a PMV but then u get married while your PMV is still on the process which ur application cannot be considered anymore as PMV.. as u are already married..

I wish someone would post a tale of a fresh 309 visa grant. I had my hopes up that ours may have been granted a few days ago but they were dashed, now it's too late to attempt a xmas union and I've become a bit glum.

Hi Goodafternoon Everyone
Just wanna ask
Im currently here in Australia (Sponsored) by my husband, our Partner Visa is ongoing ang process. Now my CO asked to submit NBI, CENOMAR, Police clearance from Singapore COC.
1. Nag submit napo ako ng application and appeal etc.for COC sa Singapore Police - how can I know if nakuha na nila application ko? may bibigay po kaya silang tracking number? cocontacking po kaya nila ako to acknowledge na nakuha po nila application ko for Police Clearance?
2. Pwede po ba na ako ang mag receive ng police clearance from Singapore then send it to my agent then send it to my CO?
@Carbab1 hi, uti can be treated easily naman, while lymph nodes can be swollen or palpable ( palpated by the medical examiner) if may ongoing infection sa katawan. Di ko lang masasagit kung may nadeny tungkol dyan. For me ok lang ang uti, but palpable lymph nodes and if may chronic cough ka plus remarkable xray results eh un ang medyo dapat magisip ka. Kaya for now dont waste your time worrying hehe mastress ka lang at dadami ang wrinkles mo

@cookie_07..What type of visa are you going to apply? If subclass 100 & 309, that is all paper application and need to send to Australian Embassy in Manila. If it is skilled migrant visa you can apply it online.
