hi guys mahirap bang mag apply ng visa para sa student? pano pag graduate ka na pero u want to study parin sa aussie? may bagong batas ba sila sa pag aaply.. saka ganong katagal?

@shehoon mahirap? depende if 572 vocational mahirap, daming requirements but mura ang tuition ( 3months ang longest wait sa visa after you apply), 573 Higher Education Sector visa ang kukunin mo.. medyo madali pero mahal ang tuition pag university. You also need to pick a University na kasama sa Streamlined processing ng DIAC. Weeks lang ang hihintayin mo after you apply for a visa may results na kaagad. (research about Streamline processing) Hope this helps

@shehoon if you will go sa TAFE (voacational course), you need to have a "show money". depende if magkano ang tuition mo at gaanu katagal kukunin mo na course. as for me I took a 2.5 yrs diploma course, vocational sabi ng counsellor ko sa IDP, I need show money na 1.6M pataas na 3 months na sa bank.

as for the evidence of funds here are the Requirements na kailangan: This is for 572 Vocational only ha. Indi xa applicable sa 573 na visa

EVIDENCE OF FUNDS:
Provide at least one of the following:
a) Money Deposit (Bank certification and Bank Statement/Passbook)
• in your name or the name of your sponsor
• money deposit must be held at least 3 months immediately prior to the
lodgement of your visa application (i.e. minimum balance for the recent 3-
month period will be the amount considered for show money)
b) Loan from:
• a financial institution (in your name or the name of your sponsor)
• provide loan supporting documents (i.e. loan application form, deed of
assignment indicating terms of payment, loan collateral, proof that funds have
been released to your account)
Note: All sponsors included in joint bank account/s must sign an Affidavit of Support.
EVIDENCE OF INCOME
Latest Income Tax Return/Tax Statement (business/personal)
Sponsor’s employment certificate (indicate position, length of service and salary level) AND pay
slips for the last 2 months.
OR
Sponsor/s' evidence of business (i.e. SEC Registration, DTI Permit, Mayor's Permit)
Other possible requirements for self-employed sponsors:
• Photographs of the establishment/business (at least 5)
• Receipts of business transactions

@psychoboy cert 3 6 mos and then cert 4 6 mos din so 1 year yung study ko this july ang start ko.

@garfield17 yup tafe nsw din ako aged care sa ultimo college ako july 17 start. Wait ko pa masubmit medical ko sa embassy. Goodluck sa atin.

ako i'm going to have diploma in accountancy for 1 year then 2 year bachelors in accountancy. sa Holmes Institute sa Sydney naman ako kasi may intake sila ng july at october yata yung iba kasi sa feb 2014 pa. pero di pa ko nakakapag lodge, dami pa inaayos lalo yung sa show money

mag aged care dn sana ako kaya lng sa mga nababasa q dto mahirap dw kc makahanap ng sponsor after ng course totoo po ba un? kc wala dn sa SOL ung EN lng andun. kau guys anu plans nio after ng course? magkano pla show money hiningi sainyo? salamat!

@dft meron man o wala sa SOL ang Aged Care nasa discarte mo naman yan on how you can get a job after eh.. at saka huwag tayong panghinaan ng loob sa mga nababasa nating negative comments.. minsan kasi nang dahil sa panghihina ng loob natin humihina din ang diskarte natin sa buhay..

@ozdream How true is this: Embassy has a new legislation released last March 26, 2014 noting that an eligible family member who can support for the funds are only the applicant, brother/sister, parents, grandparents, uncle or aunt who is an Australian citizen, and Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen and usually resident in Australia.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, pang proof of funds lang yung bagong rule na yan. Ang pagkakaalam ko rin, according to the checklist provided by immi.gov.au for my 572 visa, yung tito at tita lang ang kailangang Oz resident or citizen.
