    @tuchul hi! i want to ask yong End Date ng COE for current employer, kasi sabi ng ACS guidelines they don't accept "To Date" as the end date. so ano dapat? thanks!
    @jomel sa case ko ang naka sulat ay "is a full time employee of XXX as YYY since m/d/yyyy". Tinanggap naman siya ng ACS :)

    Cguro gawa na lang kami ng attachment letter dun sa previous skills assessment decision ng ACS and then let them decide. State na rin yung reason why we have to submit almost the same paper like before. Nadagdagan lang ng few years of working experience since then meanwhile busy muna sa IELTS kasi eto yung reason why we stop.

    05/17/11 - ACS favorable result released for my husband's skills assessment nominated job-261311 Analyst Programmer.
    12/10/11 - Hubby IELTS first take at BC result L & R-5.5, W & S-6.0 OBS=6.0 retake!!!
    12/30/11- Hubby registered at 9.0 Niners.
    03/15/14 - Hubby's comeback at 9.0 Niners preparing for IELTS test. Second attempt for Australian visa.
    05/12/14 - Complete uploading of ACS skills assessment required documents and payment made thru direct deposit.
    05/12/14 - ACS assessment application received.
    07/02/14 - ACS skills assessment result suitable ANZCO code 262113 Systems Administrator as recommended by CO for hubby's job description rather than ANZCO 261311 Analyst Programmer the first ACS ANZCO result suitable released in 2011. I conclude ACS reclassifies ICT Occupations.
    - Work exp. 12yrs. less 6yrs deduction by ACS.
    - Educ. Qualification assessed as AQF Associate Degree major in computing for a 4yr. course BS. Computer Science in a section 2 school.

    May tanong sana ako sa ACS result ng friend ko kasi 8 years yong experience sa System Admin, pero ang binigay ng ACS is yong 5 years lang, bali natangal yong 3 years na experience nya. Ang tanong ko po, ito po ba ang basehan ng DIAC para sa number of years of work experience? 10 lang ba ang ma claim nya points? Thanks

    @rooroo thanks! pero yong 3 years na deduct nya is yong isang company na hindi masyadong detailed ang COE na binigay.. hindi ba DIAC ang mag dedecide na mag award ng points sa work experience? or ang new rule is, DIAC will base the number of work experience from ACS assessment? Maraming salamat ulit..

    ACS ang nagdedetermine kung skilled/relevant yung work experience mo. Susundin lang ng DIBP (or DIAC) yung result from ACS.

    regarding sa question mo, mahirap yata mag overclaim. dba ground nun e rejection ng visa application. try nalang ielts panghatak ng points.

    Ganun din po ba ang case pag continues ang experience mo sa work like po sa hubby ko kasi magpa skills assessment ulit kami. Ang duration po nya Nov. 1999-Jan. 2011 Supervising Analyst(11yrs. co. A) tapos po yung April 2011-present (1 &11mos. co. B) po ay Senior System Analyst. Magde deduct rin sila ng length of service sa company A kahit straight 11yrs. yung experience ng hubby ko. Meron po ba kayong idea? paano po kaya deduction dyan? previous skills assessment po ni hubby ay Analyst programmer. Salamat po sa input.

    Yung deduction ng years of work of experience ay based sa assessment nila kung kelan ka naging skilled base sa education, work at kung related sa anzco code.

    Asa Summary of Criteria ng ACS, yung years asa column ng required relevant work experience. Halimbawa, kung may 6 yrs kang experience then based sa education, anzco code etc, naassess nila na 2 years ang kailangan mo para maging skilled (based sa summary of criteria).
    So out of 6yrs, yung first 2yrs mo hindi ka pa considered as skilled, yung ika-3rd year mo dun ka magstart magbilang ng work experience na pede mong i-claim sa DIAC.

    Nagbago itong assessment after July 2013, kasi dati walang binabawas sa iki-claim mong work experience.

    Good day.. pa verify ko lang sana ang result ng ACS assessment ko sa baba kasi after IELTS exam if papasa tayo plano ko nang mag EOI :)

    Educational qualifications - 15 points
    Skilled employment outside Australia - Can I claim 15 points? base sa calculation ko is company A = 3.5years + company B,C,D = 6 so it's more than 8 years. Tama po ba ang pagka calculate ko? :) Pasensya na po kasi may nabasa akong mga deduction points na hindi ako familiar.

    Another question, kapag mag EOI napo ako ano yong start date nang Company A ko is it May 1999 or May 2003 na?

    @loth777 based po sa assessment ng ACS na from MAy 2003 tas ala significant gap, Yes you can claim 15 points for 8 years of work experience.

    @loth777 follow nio po kung ano ung asa assessment "after May 2003". Since indi nakaspecify which date exactly, pwede nio po ilagay 1 April 2003.
