Ask ko lang po, Subject for statutory declaration po ba if yung previous company ay dissolved na ng sister company nito pero nakakuha naman po ng employment certification si hubby with letterhead noong nag pay out. I'm just worried lang po na bka itong si ACS ay mag investigate at iba na ang name nun dating company. To avoid confusion lang po. O baka naman pwedeng accept ng ACS yung certification na nag change sila ng company name dahil na buy out na ng ibang company at ni merge na sa sister company nito kaya bale change na name. Ano po ba pwedeng gawin mag stat. dec. na lang? Thanks po sa advise.

It's up to you to ensure your skills assessment is still valid on time of Visa application, kapag nakita ng CO na nde valid yung ACS nyo, its a possible reason for Visa denial. Basically you can claim whatever you want on your EOI, but you have to prove it during visa processing (After you paid). Hope this helps

Question from ACS FAQ :My Company has merged or changed names. Will this cause a problem?

ACS FAQ says :
Please ensure the company name change is noted in the employment reference to avoid any confusion.

Note : To all who will have the same question like us. Hope this can help.

guys tama po ba sa pag count ng number of years sa work experience sa acs di sinasama yung day? Meaning kung Junuary 25, 2013 to February 2, 2014 consider na 1year 1 month siya? Nagbibilang kasi ako ngayon ng exact number of years ko. salamat!

Got my IELTS results today. Now, waiting na lang ma-release ang ACS assessment.

@iamfi - Salamat sa update. Jan 14th, ang lapit na sa 'kin.

Pero since my occupation is already on its limit, waiting na naman until July.

@frederique ako na naman po. hehe. i tried remarking sa last exam ko through BC kasi sabit sa writing was only 6.0. however wla pa results until now. first take ko was the review center approach then the second retake was the youtube approach. hehe. if you dont mind, do you need 0.5 or 1.0 more sa speaking mo?

sa remarking, what i did was contact BC Manila via facebool and they can guide you from there.

all i did sa akin was mail the results letter and the manager's check for the payment. i think yun lang.

Xiaomau82, thanks for the reply. Talaga lang i'm feeling lost parang baguhan na naman. AU500 na pala yung dating AU485 for skills(general) tumaas na rin like sa visa charge.

Feb 4 ako nglodge sa acs. Waiting game talaga to. Hehe

Indi po advisable mag paremark pa gang target mo na increase sa points e 1.0. Saka ang mas may chance na maremark po e Writing at Speaking lang kasi yun yung subjective na components unlike Reading and listening mejo specific yung answers na hanap nila. Ang problem sa remarking, indi sila transparent so yung result ng remarking, malamn mo lang kung granted yung points or hindi.

@frederique I think kaya yan. From what I have read from forums, pag yung scores mo malaki agwat sa lowest and highest tapos you only need a 0.5 lift on either Speaking or Writing, malaki chance for it to be reconsidered. Subjective kasi scoring sa Writing and Speaking di katulad sa Reading and Listening where meron talaga exact answer. I think it would be worth a try and you can retake as well. At least meron ka option A and B.
