    Hi everyone. I just recently signed up on this forum. Here's my timeline:

    October 2013-January 2014: NSW State Sponsorship
    February 3 2014- Present: Awaiting case officer

    I still have not heard anything from immi since day 1. I called them yesterday and they told me that the processing for subclass 190 is up to 6 months. They told me that I already have a case officer but I have not heard anything from them. My documents are complete and I already did my medicals back in December last year to get ahead.

    Can someone share how long does it usually take to get the grant letter if all your documents are complete? This is for the 190 Visa. It's been taking ages and I currently work here in Sydney as a Regsitered Nurse.

    My CO na ako pro asking for my COE kc daw na submit ko lang is 8months but nag claimed daw ako ng 5yrs. Experience baka hindi niya nakita yung dalawang COE ko kay send ko sila ulit then biglang hiningan ng IELTS si misis or to study sa AU may idea ba kayo how long yung school nila doon to study? But hindi ko naman sinama sa points ko si missis during the assesment any experience?

    @janucruz your spouse is your secondary applicant, kaya po hiningan ng document about english proficiency, @kremitz is right sa case po namin we requested certificate from my wife's school stating that she had studied english in that particular institution.

    @janucruz bale punta po kayo school nung wife nyo then ask kayo ng certificate of english as medium of teaching. Usually yung mga schools meron na talagang nakukuhang ganung certificate. If i may ask po ano po ba skul n misis?

    bali inform ko nalang si CO na ask kung pwede? Worried lang po kc ako sa pag deliver ng email pwede ask po pano ninyo deniliver?

    Ask ko lang po pag sinabing front load ng documents means send diretcho sa email ni CO or upload lang diretcho sa immi account? And question din po doon sa immi account sa upper right side may upload documents here ano po yon?

    @janucruz: Ah colored lang. okies. Yun din mali ko eh, di ko naiscan lahat ng documents ko na certified copies bago ko pinadala. Sige, scanned copies na lang. anyway, if in case manghihingi ng certified copy papa notarized ko na lang din yung iba. Thanks.

    @janucruz parehas lang po yun kumbaga main button iyon kelangan mo select kung anung klaseng document ang ia upload mo unlike dun sa individual "attach document" specified kung anong doc ang ia upload mo.

    Basta provide mo lang yung document na hinahanap niya i-attach mo sa reply mo sa email niya and just short and sharp message, wag na paligoy ligoy pa, pag di siya satisfied mag-rereply naman sa iyo yun for additional info/documents.

    Meron po kaming standby letter from my wife's school but we uploaded her TOR lang and accepted naman ng CO namin. Nag upload ka ba ng TOR ng spouse mo?

    @janucruz hindi ko napo inemail c CO. Bale kumuha na talaga ako sa school ko nung certificate of english as medium of teaching. Before pa magka CO inupload ko napo yun. Umm i think hindi mo naman na kelangan iask pa c co kung pwede eh kasi pwede talaga na yun ang isubmit instead of ielts :)

    @janucruz umm ako hindi nako nagsubmit ng TOR ko sa pagkakatanda ko ha. Yung cert of english na lang sinumbit ko. Wala din akong sinumbit na diploma ko hehe ako po yung dependent ha hehe
