  This house is a 3-bedroom house and we occupy already the 2 rooms so that left one room available for rent. You don't need to give any bond, just the 470$ one month advance rent. Bill will come every three months so all occupants will divide them when they arrive. Internet connection is TPG unlimited. Close to 902 bus stop.
