@wednesday, dumating na ung EA letter ko nung March 14... tagal grabe..

Hintay ko na lang macredit ung overpayment ng CC para makapag lodge na din ako.. magkabatch tyo!! God bless us!!

when you say "overpayment ng CC", do you mean (for example) you will pay 7000 SG$ even if your debt is 500 $ lang then you pay your visa thru the remaining 6500 SG$ mo po?

hi.ask ko lng po, pwede po ba mgsubmit na ako ng CDR ko for assesstment even if wala pa akong results sa Ielts?plan to take it either may/june..and then im planning to submit my CDR 2nd/3rd week of april..is this okey po ba?e habol ko nlng ung results ng ielts ko..

sa pag submit ng CDR po, need ko ba e tick ung ielts ko sa Checklist of docs submitted?or leave it as blank nlng po.

My CC credit limit is 2600 SG$ only. If based from my previous example I will "overpay" 7000 SG$ to a debt of 500 SG$ only, then I will use my remaining 6500 SG$ to pay for the visa 190, tama po plan ko?

Pwede po yan depende sa Bank. Better call your bank ang confirm. Sometimes kahit mag overpayment ka, hindi pwede magamit ang over-paid balance mo kasi ang fina-follow is yung credit limit. You can request your bank for temporary increase of credit limit also.

Thanks. Can't temporarily increase my credit limit yet as I'm using CC less than a year only according to my bank agent. So the option is to "overpay" daw. I will try it once my SA SS will be approved.

@btarroja213 sir can i make an inquiry to EA even if hindi pa ako nkapag pa assess?

anyone who tried this scenario, na nagpa assess muna sa EA ng CDR tapos inihabol nlng yung results ng ielts?

@lockcode,any inputs about this matter sir?

@chu_se - yup pwede. they will keep your cdr, but wont start assessment until they have your ielts..

@lock_code2004 ..ahh so this only mean sir, na useless then even if i submitted it by april them sa may/june pa ang results ng ielts ko?.so the # of weeks will start at the time they have my results? panic mode ako,,,,,

@IslanderndCity , nag overpay kami ng ammount na dapat bayaran... then bago kami nagbayad online need tumwag sa bank para increase ung limit for that transaction... kasi kahit nag overpay kami ung max limit per day ay depende pa rin sa credit limit...

A minimum IELTS score of 6 for ALL 4 areas is required before EA will assess your CDR. Please read from page 68 of this thread.

Hi @bait0211 , I took the ielts prior submitting my docs to EA... I think what you saw was my 2nd and 3rd take to get minimum 7 for all bands..

ask q lang po kc sa May 30 this year ma 8 years ang work experience ni misis, nag start po xa mag work ng may 30, 2006 at naka 3 company npo sya.

mas ok po ba na mag log kami ng EOI sa may 30 or pde na mag log ngayon?

Hi po sa lahat, may question lang ako regarding sa pagpapa-CTC ng documents sa Notary Public

Ok lang ba doon mga Notary Public sa “tabi-tabi” sa atin?

Nagpa-CTC kasi ko ng mga documents for EA doon sa lugar namin, syempre hindi naman yung mismong lawyer yung nag nonotaryo, clerk yung gumawa.

Although kumpleto naman lahat ng details nung lawyer (license#, firm, etc..).. Wala lang pang-stamp ng Address and Contact# yung clerk kaya hand-written yung Address and Contact # nung Law Firm…

Ok lang po ba yun, or medyo particular ba ang EA pagdating sa nag-certify nung documents?

@wizardofOz ok lng basta make sure na in case mag validate sila, may sasagot ng phone at mag veverify na sa knila ka nga nagpa ctc..

Makikisali na po sa forum... Last October pa ako member pero today lang officially maki-comment dito :-) Waiting si hubby sa EA result. 19 weeks na pala ang EA result... Sana di kami maapektuhan ng July changes. God bless po sa ating lahat.

for everybody's additional info, my CC is Citibank & the bank officer told me that I can 'overpay' for me to use my CC in paying visa soon.

Hello guys!

Meron po ba sa inyong nakakuha ng positive assessment from EA with an expired PRC license? Nabasa ko po dito sa forum ung iba nag renew or nag send lang sa EA ng copy ng PRC engineering certificate. Bale di namin sinama ung cert when we submitted to EA and then last week, nag email ung assessing officer humingi ng scanned copy ng PRC board exam result and ng license number. I guess verify nya sa PRC website? Just want to know kung malaki ba magiging effect ng expired PRC license sa outcome... Yikes...

Grad si mister ng section 1 school last 2005, tas nag expire na ung mech engg license nung 2008. He worked in Cebu from 2005 to 2012 then lipat sa Malaysia...

Medyo kinabahan ako dahil dun...huhuhu

Hi, you don't need a renewed PRC license to have a positive assessment. I have an expired license and got a positive result. I can't recall however if I attached a notarized copy of my license or just the PRC certificate proving that I did pass and is registered as an Engineer. Probably the latter and you can just do the same I guess.

Ang ginawa ko is I submitted the following:

1. CTC ng plactsic license.
2. CTC ng Screen Capture ng PRC website showing my querry result.

Thanks sir! I guess alam na ni assessing officer namin na pwede mag query sa prc website since ung license # lang hiningi. Hehehe. Hopefully okay result ni mister sa assessment, konting pag aantay pa sa snail mail...

Based on your computation sa 19 weeks TAT, when would that be? Kaya ba before July 1? In my case kasi, talagang sagad eh. sa last week talaga ng committed TAT nila lumabas ang result. hehe
