Kung nakasulat siya sa company letterhead complete with job details and signatures, no need for stat dec

Ako puro MNC employers ko at himalang pumayag silang ipaste yung job descriptions ko sa ginawa nilang employment certificate. Of course, nag print muna ako in plain paper then pinapirmahan sa mga boss ko then sinubmit ko as proof sa HR na yung job details na nilagay ko ay pirmado ng managers.

Yun nga lang pag dating sa visa application, manghihingi pa rin ng further proof (payslips, bank statements, etc) ang CO hehehe

I submitted only a statutory declaration for my Current employment in lieu of detailed COE along with other documents like increment letters, Inter-office memo, appraisals... Walang comment yung case officer... she did not ask for additional docs...

Wifey doesn't have a COE with detailed job description in her second company...

@psychoboy - mostly required lang naman ang detailed job description for assessment..

once you have the positive assessment, hindi na masyadong mahigpit ang DIAC CO... some would only require basic CoE, especially kung may recognized work experience opinion together with the skills assessment...

pero ayun nga, mas maraming proof, mas less ang questions ng CO.. mas mabilis ma-approve ang visa..

hello mga kaforum, same case for me here. 3 of my old employers in the philippines already closed their operation. Luckily may nakuha along CoE but that was long time back and it follows the generic format. Problem now is since wala na along contact sa mga dating kong employers and colleague, wall na along contact details nila. Can i also include that in the statutory declaration? Also, pwede ba ko makahingi ng template / format ng stat dec? thanks so much

you can google for samples of statutory declaration - marami naman ito ang there is no such thing as a fixe template, important thing is that this much me made as a legal doc.

@Bryann Sir, Pano po kung ung Sup, Manager or Team Leader ko is ala na dun sa company na pinasukan ko? Meron lng po ako is ung standard COE which is ung HR Manager ang signatory..

pwedd ang statutory declaration. U can get ur former manager to sign for u. Pero u hv to attach copies of either ur coe, pay slips, relieving letter or khit anong proof n employed k fr that company.

Ang tingin kong magiging prob mo is how to get it certified. Usually kasi notary public lawyers need to verify the original document before they can get the document certified. Pero may mga lawyers na naglalagay ng note sa document such as “original document not sighted” “email copy sighted” mga ganun. No harm trying pero u have to keep in mind that the case officer has the discretion to request for further proofs of employment. Cguro mas ok kung after mo maisubmit e mag request ka ng original from your previous employer tas ipakuha mo na lang sa friends or relatives mo na nasa pinas, at least meron ka din copy if ever hingin say o.

In this case, pwede stat declaration with supporting documents mo (as mentioned too by @Xiaomau82). Ito din ginawa ng kakilala ko na nasa SG dati (now in Au)

Hello po. May question po ako with regards sa comprehensive coe. Required po ba talaga na ilagay ung no. of working hours? ok lng po ba na nakalagay lng sa coe ko is employed on a full-time basis. Anyway full-time is considered normal working hours right?
