    @jme yes ddito sa pinas pa lang andami tumatawag saken. pagdating ko dito pinuntahan ko dalawa pareho pa ako natanggap kaya na-stress pa ko kakaisip kung alin piliin ko kasi pareho maganda. in the end pinili ko yung supplier ng mga fastfood like Jollibee, Wendy's , Mcdo, KFC at halos lahat ng mga fastfood dito sa OZ kahit mas alam ko work dun sa isa. Madli laang maghanap work dito sabi nga ng wife ko para ka lang nag apply ng katulong sa Pinas. Yung hnd ko tinanngap nga tumawag pa sabi if it turned out not well daw please come to the office again and we will discuss the offer again. cool

    @kremitz I worked for a well-known food company sa pinas. pero background ko eng'g. tapos may alam din sa QC/QA. swerte lang din tlg siguro sa trabaho kasi pwd na naman di na ko pumunta ng oz dahil nice work and company ko pero kht gi-nive-up ko may kapalit agad kaya no regrets, except sa hinayupak na driving. bk maghirap ako sa dami fines ko, kaskasero sa pinas kasi at madami kilala sa LTO eh ngayon kamot, lagi pa nasisigawan ng mga puti.

    Worried on my part, me and family are arriving in Adelaide this 27th June. I have started applying for Job while offshore (currently in Bahrain, Middle East as IT Admin). So far, 15 rejections na po :-( had recevied a missed call once via my Australia number in Skype after that la pa rin, but not loosing my hope, lagi ko na lang sinasabi sa sarili ko na baka mas prefer nila na nasa Oz na.

    Is there a case na nadedetect nila na nasa ibang bansa ka pa although sa CV ko Australian address ng friend ko sa Adelaide tapos Aus Skype number?

    @vhoythoy kaya mas ok padin to mention sa cover letter when ka dating ng oz. most employers ata prefer onshore na yung applicants kahit mag phone interview pa sila

    i agree with @gmad06. if malapit naman na kayo puntang oz and within recruitment timelines panaman pwede padin naman nila kayo icontact or iinterview pagdating nyo eh :) ang maganda lang when applying offshore eh hopefully makapagset ng interview with employer pagdating ng oz. bihra daw kc nagiinterview thru phone o skype eh pag offshore pa. preferred padin nila onshore na

    Add ko lang din po, I just read on one article na it would be an advantage kung ano visa status sa Cover Letter and CV (such as Permanent Visa SubClass 190) and ready for face to face interview once landed in Oz.

    Hi, been here for exactly 2months today and still looking for job. Ganito ba tlga kahirap hiring process dito, first i was in a panel interview, then skills exam, logic exam, personality exam, then another interview for exams' result feedback. Nakatatlong balik n ko s opis nila, until now d ko p rin alam if may chance ako or wala :(
