@firebar10 All employment statements must be signed and dated, and on letterhead used by the employer’s business where possible. If you are unable to provide employment statements on letterhead you must provide us with an explanation of why this is not possible. siguro po need nyo rin pa sign sa dati nyo ka work like manager, HR. or kung sino po immediate supervisor nyo noon sa dati nyong company.

hmmm..medyo mahirap yung isang company ko..nabiktima kasi yun ng crisis kaya napilitan magsara...anyway..sa pagkakaintindi ko pede ko pa sign yun sa immediate superior regarding the reason why its not possible to get an employment certificate due to company closure..ay teka..another thing pede ba pa CTC ang scanned and printed document..kasi ang work ako sa kuwait noon eh..balak ko isama sa experience ko eh

@firebar10 pde nmn po scanned and printed document ang patatakan nyo ng CTC. bsta may maipapakita ka na original na document nun ipapa CTC mo sa atty.

Please help me, just wanted to know if valid pa isumbit sa DIAC yung PCC ng uae kahit expired 1month ago. (3mos validity only).
Magsusubmit po kasi kmi ng application for visa.wla na po kmi sa UAE.nakakuha na rin ako ng NBI sa pinas.

@oz79 - i think pwede yan, as long as nakuha nyo ang PCC UAE, at within 3 months eh naka alis na kayo sa UAE... at hindi na kayo bumalik ulit..

ang main objective is cleared kayo sa police ng UAE nung time na nandun pa kayo..

Sayang! Ngayon ko lang nakita tong thread meron palang murang nag nag nonotarized dito. Nagpa CTC ako sa Bur Dubai - AED 50 per page ang mahal.

yung sa maremember ko lang is passport, birth cert, marriage cert(if you are married), diploma, TOR and certificate of employment.

Thank you po sa info. Ano po ba ang requirements sa pagpapanotarize dito sa UAE? Yung isang COE ko kasi sent lang by email kaya walang original copy, sa pinas pa kasi na company yun.

@wanderer: wala namn ibang documents na needed except to show the original. Sa pagkakaalam ko ha. I had all my documents notarized kasi sa Pinas so no experience panotarize dito sa UAE. As for the COE from Pinas have you tried asking for the original copy? like ask a relative to pick it up and send it to you?

May question pa po ako, kasi may nabasa ako sa expat forum na colored scan documents ay accepted kahit hindi sya notarized? Any experiences po?

some of the forumers submitted their scanned colored copies and i think tinanggap namn. but in my case kahit na colored copy siya pina notarize ko na lang din just to be sure.

mga kabayan dito sa UAE, ask ko po kung sa job title po ba sa visa sa passport kailangan pa palitan? kasi yun company ko now willing ilagay sa employment certificate ko kung ano listed na work sa australia na malapit sa course ko, problem ko nakalagay sa residence visa ko ngaun data entry clerk lang, need ko po ba na palitan pa or hindi na? thank u po

No need. Importante eh yung employment certificate eh nakalagay dun yung tamang job title at description mo. Hindi naman sila (Australia) nag ask ng copy of Dubai Visa. Well in my case, I don't remember giving them.

same here. hindi namn hiningi yung visa copy namin dito sa UAE.

important is yung COE mo ang title and description tugma dun sa list of requirements.

Hi to all! It's been a while since may nag last post sa thread na ito. I would just like to ask if saan kayo nagpacertify ng docs dito sa Abu Dhabi na medyo mura. Most of my docs pinadala ko sa Pinas for CTC pero may ilang docs ako na naiwan na need ko din ipa CTC dito (like passport and my COE from current company). Thanks!

hello all! joining this thread. yung docs ko na issued here in Dubai hindi kona pina notarized. all other docs pinadala ko sa pinas mas madali pa mag mail and ipa notarize dun all at once and mas mura of course.

Ako hindi ko na ni-panotarize etong mga docs na naissue dito sa Dubai:

- Police Clearance
- IELTS Form Result
- Dubai Visa and Passport (issued in Dubai consolate)
- Medical Receipt

@ImB Thanks for your input! Did you also sent a CTC of your passport for your CPAA assessment? Napansin ko sa timeline mo may mga additional docs pa na hiningi ang CPAA sa yo, does it include your PRC ID and PICPA active membership certificate? What I have on hand is only my CPA certificate and board exam results. Will still renew my PRC ID. Although written naman sa site ng CPAA ang requirements, I just want to know the actual docs na hiningi sa yo ng CPAA just for my reference.Thanks!

@jencandysweet, I did not. Colored photocopy lang ng passport ang binigay ko sa CPAA. I did not bother na rin to give them my PRC result tsaka yung PRC ID kong expired na. CPA Certificate lang binigay ko sa kanila. Then the usual stuffs life diploma, transcripts, subject description, PwC & Deloitte contracts, COEs, yan yung mga naalala ko.
