hi to all...ask ko kasi initially 3 kami ng wife at ng anak ko mag migrate...pwede ko na ba isingit or isama sa application namin ung sister in law ko she is 30 years old...possible ba yun?

for what reason? dependnt ba sia sa inyo? i dont think it is possible unless ala na parents tas dependent ung sis in law mo sa wife mo. your sis in law needs to apply on her own either skilled independent or ung relative sponsorship. but the sponsor has to be residing in australia.

@jrgongon hindi mo po talaga pwede gawing dependent. wala na sya sa edad. dapat po below 18

options nya ay
a. student visa (can work 20hrs a week)
b. 189
c. 190
d. tourist (work secretly at your risk)

kung wala sya funds pwede mo sponsor ng funds nya.

magandang option yung student to pr route.

Anyway, just want to ask kasi nag 1st month na ako sa work ko dito sa Australia on 457 visa. Need ko bang ilagay 'yung work detail dito sa Australia sa CV for PR app? Need ko rin bang magbigay ng proof about that like certificate of employment? Hindi naman ako magkeclaim ng point doon, yung experience lang sa Pinas gagamitin ko for points.

no need for documents, but u have to declare ur work in Australia for their reference and record.

Yes, pwede sabay sa iisang EOI yung 189 and 190 pwede rin magkahiwalay na eoi.

Here's the case, I'm currently waiting for the result of my assessment from Vetassess.
Medyo confident naman po ako sa positive result kasi Bachelor graduate naman po saka 11yrs experience with the same company until now and my work is same as my nominated occupation (Civil Engineering Draftsperson). Pasado na din po sa IELTS, although on process pa yung remarking ko para makakuha sana ng 7.0 sa writing hehehe. Base on that, self assessment ko and kung maging positive ang assessment ko, qualified na ako for state sponsorship here's my self assessment points:

Age : 32 - 30pts
IELTS : 0pts (Hoping for positive remarking para makakuha ng 10pts)
Job Experience : 15pts
Education : 10pts (Hoping maging 15 kung same sa Bachelor level ng Australia)

Base on that my minimum points will be 55 plus the 5pts for the State Sponsorship para umabot sa minimum 60pts.

I need a recommendation and suggestion from you guys and gals

My wife is currently pregnant now, 4 months, can i still include her in my application when I lodge my EOI? or shall i wait for her to give birth before i lodge my EOI? Based on what i read on the site, there will be a delay on the medical given that my wife is pregnant, in case we are invited, will the DIAC give us enough time to provide the medicals? And there will be any issues when it comes to the State Sponsorship? Also how can we include our future baby on our application?

Any help regarding this matter will be very much appreciated. I know it's too early to ask about this but we don't want this to be a problem in the long run. Hope someone can enlighten us with our questions

Another question, hindi kasi ako nainvite sa 189 for two rounds already. Nag EOI 24 June, on 60 points. Yung friend ko na same points, same occupation, at mas nauna akong mag EOI nainvite na noong 3 Aug. Kapag may state nomination na ba for 190, hindi na maiinvite for 189? I am still wondering bakit hindi ako nainvite for 189 comparing with my friend and others from forums na same points.

May state nomination na ako from Vic last month. Hinintay ko lang talaga na mainvite for 189. Sayang lang paghihintay ko.

55 + 5 points from the state nomination will make u eligible for SC 190. it is advisable to include your wife in the application. Submit EOI asap para naka queue na kayo. once invited, submit all requirements including your wife's. after that your wife will be unable to do the medical check so get a letter from your OB stating the date of expected delivery and send it to seek extension of the 28 days to the case officer once one has been assigned to your application. after your wife gave birth, you will need to work on the baby's documents including birth certificate, passport and photo so you can add him/her to the application. Once you have added the baby to the application you will be given a HAP number for the baby so the whole family including yourself can go through the medical check.

r u using the same EOI for both 189 and 190?

I dont see any other way na maprovide ung letter from OB kung wala pa kasing CO e. i think for us (filipinos) mejo mabait nmn sila kasi they are aware na matagal processing ng passport ntin. not too sure when pwede mapityuran ung baby, but i guess walang flash is fine. but better check with the doctor.
