Isang beses lang kailangan i-take yung seminar, so kung yung old passport niyo yung dikitan, no problem naman yun. Kailangan lang ipakita yung new passport and yung old passport with the CFO sticker sa airport.

no need for agency if u think u have the time to monitor your application and do proper research. the regulation changes quite frequently, if you dont have the time to research and monitor, better to go through an agency otherwise, you may be wasting not only your money but the chance of having the pr as soon as possible if you messed up your application.

@jaceejoef pag health condition na minor lang at kaya ng gamot (temporary or maintenance) either pumasa or madelay ang application. pag major issue like hiv automatic denied ang visa application. lahat kailangan pumasa sa health or character requirements dahil pag meron isa na di pasado, damay lahat ng kasama sa application.

@jaceejoef im not sure kasi kung ano ang definite rules ng dibp for health related issues on visa applications. ang alam ko lang ay they check kung malaki ang magiging cost nito sa public healthcare within a certain period or kung it would endanger the public.

Add ko lang sa sinabi ni mgt21, pag yung skilled occupation mo ay nasa CSOL, ang aapplyan mong visa ay Skilled Nominated Visa subclass 190. (Read more here: https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-) So, yun yung kailangan ng state nomination and you have a moral obligation to stay in the nominated state for two years. Good luck!
