@Grifter yes IE ako pero si hubby ang main applicant namin.hindi pako nakapag pa assess sa EA.

Advice naman po, anu po bang type ng visa ang aapplayan ko kung nasa CSOL yung occupation ko? Wala po kasi sa SOL yung occupation ko. Thanks in advance!

@Captain_A Sir, ask lang po ako. Nakapag-submit na po kasi ako ng application for NSW nom, awaiting nalang po ako ng ITA. I was just wondering if yung cut-off (Internal Auditors - 70 points) na currently nasa post ng DIBP is applicable din sa visa 190 or exclusive yun sa visa 189. salamat po.

SC 190 then check if there are states available for sponsorship, else hindi ka makakaproceed sa next stage after ng skills assessment kun walang available na state.

agree as well, I think 189/489 yung nasa DIBP Skillselect site. But afaik, for 190 they have the information on their State regarding minimum points (not sure though if all States have)

Hi,

I talked to an agency and was told that there is a settlement funds/show money for skilled migration effective July 2016. It's around Php700,000. How true is this? When I check the Australia website, i did not read a thing about settlement funds. Englighten me.

@rosch hi first step is to get positive assessment. 2nd is EOI (expression of interest) depende sa visa na aapplyan mo if visa 190/489 merong mga states na nag rerequire ng proof of funds meron ding hindi declaration lang. Sa visa189 hindi applicable.

So i-clear mo na lng sa agent mo.

@maiSG03 hi yes need to settle payment during submission of visa application - when you reached this stage it is very unlikely to get rejected unless meron false sa mga docs/claims mo.
