Dear Experts,
i am new to the group and interested to go to Australia. Please tell me the procedure from where to start.
i am an electrical engineer with 6 years of experience in the same field.
i have checked by points online. i am eligible.
What should be my first step ??

Hi. Question po. If ever magrant ako ng visa 189, pwede ba kong pumasok sa AU for work assignment sa current company ko for 3 months? After 3 months balik ako sa PH tapos magmove ako a month after.

if gnun po, panu kayo kumuha dto s SG, tska mga gano po ktgl bgo narelease s inyo?
tsaka sbi s site, ung transcripts daw in own language?
meaning dapat po tagalog?

@MuseSG hi lahat ng work experience ng nominated occupation is dito sa SG na gain kaya we didn't do anything about PH docs.

And what about transcript? Sorry dko gets.

there are Universities in the Philippines na nag iisure ng degree certificate in tagalog like UP, so un lang ang required if your Uni issue certs in English, no need to get it translated.

Hi guys, question lang sana.

I'm the main applicant and I have my wife and child as dependents for 189. In case the visa is approved, the plan is for me to enter AU first so as not to include them in the burden of looking for a place to stay. My question is, when is the latest time they can enter AU?

For example, my entry date is Dec 2016 - would they still be allowed to enter as my dependents if they plan to enter on Dec 2018?

@amvda depende po yun sa expiration date of entry na nkalagay sa visa grant. Basta make sure lng mkpag entry sila before mag expire.

In case I include my brother (33 y/o) as dependent (he's single pero one child is in his custody but both are depending on me for basic living), Masasama din ba sa application yung anak nya? if yes, anong visa?

@amvda Pag na invite kayu sa visa might as well include them both as your dependents sa application. Read further here kasi madami conditions bago ma prove na entirely dependent sila sayu.

Other family members
A family member can be your parent, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or step equivalent.
For any family member that you include in your visa application, you must provide evidence of their:
relationship to you
dependency on you
relationship status (whether they are married, in a de facto relationship, divorced or separated).
This evidence includes:
a certified copy of their birth certificate and proof of their relationship to you
documents showing that the relative lives in your household
documents showing that your relative has been dependent on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application.

Your family member will be considered dependent if all of the following apply:
they do not have a spouse or de facto partner
they usually live with you
they are wholly or substantially reliant on your financial support for their basic living needs (food, shelter and clothing)
they are more reliant on you for support than on any other person or source
they have relied on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application.

If your family member is divorced, legally separated or widowed, you must provide certified copies of supporting evidence, such as:
the document of legal divorce
the document of legal separation
the death certificate of the deceased partner.

maask ko lang po in general sa mga tiga SG na may related experience sa pinas, panu kau nkakuha ng history of previous employment, ayun kasi dun sa agent na nakausap ko, pde daw kumuha via SSS history, kaso hindi ko po alam paano gagawin.

@MuseSG hi punta ka sa SSS office sa LP magrequest ka ng copy ng record of your contribution sabihin mo for migration purpose i print nila un lahat ng details shoeing previous employers tapos i sign pa ng officer dun.mabilis lang

I have a question po. Marami na po akong nabasa tungkol sa mga na dedeny na visa dahil sa yung dependent nila has disabilities like down syndrome/cerebral palsy/autism. my child has a cerebral palsy at gusto ko po sana makapagtrabaho sa au para matugunan ko ang kanyang mga pangangailangan.

tanong ko lang po, pwede ba na hindi ko siya e sali as my dependent sa visa application ko?

wala naman po talaga akong balak dalhin siya sa au dahil mahal ang tuition dun. ang balak ko lang dun magtrabaho at dito siya sa pinas mag.aral sa mga special schools.

technically, kelangan mo ideclare lahat ng dependent mo. di ko lang sure kung pwede iexclude as in totally hindi mo imention sia sa mga forms and if there are ways na mafound out nila.

@lovelotz hihingan siya ng medical but for child below 2 yrs old ay physical exam lang. pwede malaman kung gaano ang extent ng condition nya?

@engineer20 I think its just a mild cp. He needs to undergo physical rehabilitation. siguro kung ipapa physical exam siya baka mahalata pa rin na iba siya sa mga normal na bata. huhu nakakalungkot mukhang wala na yata akong pag.asa makapagtrabaho ng Australia.

@rina74 pwede kyo apply visa 190 para may additional 5pts for state sponsorship so magiging total nyo ay 60pts. Tapos ung dependent kung pwede din mag-claim ng points additional 5pts din un.
