@luckygirl don't worry about job muna, if nasa occupation list ang work mo meaning may demand doon. worry about getting visa first later na ang job.

@Rave_085 Wala pong effect because changes are not retroactive. Yung maa-affect lang is yung magsa-submit ng EOI or yung hindi pa nase-select from that day na naimplement ang changes.

@Rave_085 Di naman nila pwedeng i-decline ka for the reason na currently wala na yung occupation sa list especially kung nung time na nag submit ng EOI at na invite ka to apply eh nandoon pa yung occupation. That would be very unreasonable of them and they wouldn’t do that in a million years.

You were invited at the time given that you have met all the requirements needed to be invited.

Pwede kang ma-decline on other reasons but not the scenario you mentioned.

@michel_75 42 na ako … medyo mahirap makakuha ng perma res Lalo na sa edad kasi mababa na points pero kung aabot ng at least 70 ang points mo may laban akin kasi 55 lang kaya aasa na lang ako sa employer sponsored visa huhuhuu … tsaka depende din sa occupation

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. If na-assess na ako ng ACS (got 5pts only for length of employment, 7 years lang) then after a few months my job experience turned 8 years, do I need to resubmit my qualifications to ACS to get 10 pts? Thanks!

@its.kc ok lang po. Pero pag mainvite ka sa isa, freeze na yung EOI and hindi na maiinvite sa other subclass. Ginawa ko separate EOI. Yung SS invitation, depende po sa state, occupation and breakdown of points

65pts ako for 189 but until now wla pa din ako ITA at more than 6 months na.

@rechie it’s because no one gets an invite for 189 these days if you have lower than 75 points.

@RheaMARN1171933 Hi po. We just started gathering all documents and deciding what to include in his CDR. My husband is the main applicant as Mech Eng. We need some clarity for the following points.

1. Offer Letter, Labour Contract at COE. Ano po and best isubmit sa EA. Kc iba iba po ang job title (ex. sa job offer (mechanical designer), labour contract (mechanical engineer) then COE (mechanical draftsman general)
2. In CDR preparation the 3 career episode dpt po ba inline sa may available n proof for submission.
3. He is decided to take the PTE, what points he should acquire?

Hi po. I have this funny story.

Dependent po ako ng husband ko. We just got our visa. Thank god. Before po kami nag aply for au, try ng try lang po kaming mag ka baby. Wala eh. Zero. Ngayon, andito na visa namin. Flying to queensland july. Buntis ako. Haha nakooo talaga. 1 month. Okay lang ba mag work ako kahit buntis? Our plan is for me to fly back to phils kapag 7 months na kasi dito ako manganganak and will have my parents take care of our baby.

May naka try na po ba neto? Kaya po ba talagang mag impok kahit student visa? Thabj you po
