@Pixiepie The panel doctor usually would discuss with you if there are inconsistencies and/or adverse findings in your medicals. They will request additional tests as needed and on case to case basis.

@tofurad If you’re thinking of stat dec? Who would write it? If yourself, you still need proof that they are the same. The notary public will not accept the current docs you have since you can’t still prove that they are one and the same person. You would need to have your documents rectified by the authority concerned. That’s what I advise my clients to do.

Baka meron dito may alam n known thread for medical findings, no one is answering kasi sa health undertaking..

Worried lang ako, if may findings ba sa health, lungs man or blood, but especially sa lungs, mag aadvise ba St. Lukes or CO? If ever kelan supposed mag advise.. July 25-30 (not sure na) kami nagmedical.

Kasi ubuhin ang anak ko n 12yo, looks like may bronchitis, bukas pa malalaman kaso ndi n ako mapakali.

    Anyone who knows po? #worrierlang

may nakausap ako sa isang thread last week na na-CO contact sila at hiningan ng form 815 kahit cleared ang medical nila. ang problem lang kapag nag upload ka agad ng form 815 ay magiging 6 months validity lang ang medical nyo.

got it, thanks a lot! i am planning to attach affidavit/stat. dec. to attest for one and the same person, plus the petition for the correction of my name kapag nakuha ko na from local civil registrar(with govt. stamp, etc). hope this works. pero mas okay sana kung makuha ko agad ung correct marriage certificate.

Hi ulit. I'm almost complete na sa ACS requirements, pirma na lang ng colleagues ko dati. I will apply for ICT engineer para hindi pro rata and pasok sa skill set ko. Got a couple of questions -

    1. Is 70 points enough for ICT support engineer?
    2. If not, will I have other options?

I am turning 33 na kasi this October and I saw sa ACS guidelines na di credited work experience ko nong di pa ako graduate kaya I'll get 70 points max if all goes well.

Thanks ulit in advance sa lahat.

@tofurad good luck. The worst case scenario would be that the case officer would still ask for further docs...that’s better than having your Visa refused.

check mo when is the last time sila nag invite sa 70 points since non pro rata naman, kung umaandar, then ok, kung hindi, check other visa options for sponsorship.

@tofurad kindly share your tips and reviewers... Thanks!

    1. practice as much as possible, it pays to to be familiar with the exam. and try to play music while practicing. magkkasabay sabay sa speaking part kaya nakakadistract, better get used to it.
    2. kung hindi confident, dont hesitate to shell out for the single use practice exam bago yung actual exam, scored un so at least ma-gauge mo kung anong estimate makukuha mo na score.
    3. dont get rattled, if you make a mistake, pause and take a deep breath tapos keep going.
    4. take advantage of the time remaining, kapag maaga natapos, take a moment to recuperate.
    5. wag magmadali and always read the instructions, baka sagot ka ng sagot, pero mali pala ung ginagawa mo or para sa ibang section yun.

i really wanted to get a high score, kahit saktong 79. kaya nagenroll ako sa review center, tapos i used PTE reviewer app, watched videos from E2Language channel on youtube, and nagbook pa ko ng airbnb the day before my exam and spent the whole day practicing. i even went to the venue to make sure dun nga and i was there an hour early.

fortunate enough to get my target score.

@milktea13 why such in a rush? Submit the requirements for your visa application if the case officer requests for further docs, then just comply. So what if visa application has not been finalised according to your timeline? It’s all just a matter of time anyway. I find the more we try to control things the more stressful life becomes. :)

    @RheaMARN1171933

I have the same case like @Hendro

Most government authority in the Philippines, ina-append ang Jr sa first name. Sa experienced ko, during PRC registration before sinubukan kong i-correct yung name ko para match sa TOR ko. But the staff told me na yun ang tamang format. So wala ako nagawa. Lahat ng government ID ko (passport, PRC, driver's license) same format.

Then, sa first job ko, my employer follow what is written in my birth certificate. Yung Jr, sa last name nilagay. Same sa pagkuha ko ng SSS, Sunlife Insurance. Basihan nila is kung ano yung nasa birth cert.

Government authorities seems follow the same standard. Suffix name will append in first name. While private sec used what is written in the paper.

In my case, who should be the right authority? NSO?

@flexihopper18 you probably would need to ask a lawyer...my experties are limited to Australian immigration law only. You need someone knowledgeable in Philippine law as it has to do with your legal name.
