@ maguero. hindi pa ako nkapag-apply for state nomination sa Tasmania but yong employer ko nag start na para 187-direct stream. Wait lng sana ako sa results pero sabi kasi ng iba na mag-apply din ako ng state nomination bka kasi matagal pa yon sa employer. Ask ko lng if may conflict as to each application. Salamat again...

@cristy magpapa assess palang po ako sa EA. So far PTE palang natapos ko hehe.

Pag mag claim po ba ng points ng dependent/spouse need pa magpa assess sa VETASSES or okay na po ang TRA plus English exam?

@Stassieh Kung mag-aapply ka for 2 visas ng sabay, yung visa na ma-ggrant ng mas huli will override the visa na mas mauuna ma-grant. So kung mauna ma-grant yung 187 tapos ma-grant yung 489 afterwards, 489 yung magiging visa mo and you will have to comply with requirements. If I'm not mistaken, magastos sa employer magsponsor. So kung willing yung employer mo to spend for your visa, baka dapat antayin mo na yun.

@maguero: naguguluhan lng kasi ako. got few months na lang kasi para mag file ng PR at baka maabotan ako sa cut-off. Ano ba ang pwd apply-an if past 45 y/o na?

@Stassieh baka kaya pa sa employer sponsored pero sa PR baka slim chance na lang kasi strict sila sa age kahit experienced pa eh, napauwi na mga dating 457 dito na tradies above 45 years old, wala na rin nagawa yung mga host companies nila. Seek professional advice pa rin, baka may loophole

@deaddisco Try NAATI CCL exam addtional 5 points, or wait on Nov 2019, may new pointing systems.

POINTS TEST FOR GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION TO CHANGE FROM 16 NOV 2019

1) Ten (10) points for having a skilled spouse or de facto partner;

2) Fifteen (15) points for applicants nominated by a State or Territory government or sponsored by a family member residing in regional Australia;

3) Ten (10) points for having certain Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) qualifications (AUS Uni Graduate Masteral with reaseach/Doctoral)

4) Ten (10) points for applicants who do not have a spouse or de facto partner; and

5) Five (5) points for applicants with a spouse or de facto partner who has competent English.


Based sa latest invites wala ng na iinvite sa 75points and below. 80 is new 75.

When uploading documents, kelangan ko pa ba i-upload ang scanned copies ng old passport ko? San section po yun?

we were invited to lodge NSW 190, currently in singapore. Mag generate na sana kami ng hap id pero wala sa choices yung visa 190 dun sa health. Has anyone encountered this? gusto sana namin ok na lahat before lodging. thank you!

Hi @twenty1. Yes, you may scan copies and stamps of old passports. If you plan to frontload the Form 80, those would serve as your evidences of travel. Check Part E of the Form 80, International travel and movements.

mga kapatid under visa 190, I recall from past discussions na sa medical - applicants of visa 190 should choose 189 to complete the medicals diba? then the clinic will just change it upon submission?

Hi @twenty1 . I attached mine in the "Form 80..." section - for same reason that they're evidences of my Form 80 entries.

Hi, good morning. May tanong sana ako if meron bah nakakaalam dito on how to change existing visa details if nagpakasal na and you want to use your husband's surname. Plan ko po kac mag.update ng passport ko using hia details and after that update my visa details.

Kapag mag claim lang ng points for spouse need pa ba mag VETASSES or okay na ang TRA? My husband is an Electrical Engineering graduate in Mapua. Hindi nya na practice yung course nya since pinag manage sya ng conventional poultry farm ng parents nya. Though part ng job nya sa poultry ay to install and maintain yung electrical wires and all. May short course diploma rin sya sa Meralco Foundation.

@zirko Sir Envi Engineer din ako ang bilis ng grant mo, sana ako rin haha. Bakit po pala may "visa invitation expired" sa Signature mo po. Medyo na confuse po ako. Inaaral ko palang po ang process ng visa application hindi pa ako familiar sa stages.

@zirko by the way po ito sana yung applyan ni hubby - electrical engineering technician
312312, TRA. Naisip ko kasi if mag Electrical Engineering kami kakain ng maraming time sa pag prepare ng CDR for EA assessment. We are just after the additional points sana in preparation sa Nov 16 changes if aabutan kami.

Hi question lang po.
Husband will finish his bachelor this coming Aug and we’re starting to think ng mga sources of points na po since 80 na ang IT. Graduate po ako sa PH ng ECE not licensed with 2 years exp po sa telecom and currently studying din po ako dito sa Syd ng Project Management which is related po sa experience ko sa Pinas. May chance po kaya ako na makapagpassess as skilled?Thanks po sa mga sasagot.

@rdmac if you are under visa 190, You must log the Visa first and pay first, then under your immi account their is Health assessment you can generate HAP ID.
