May tanong po ako regarding age po, once po ba na maka receive ng ITA and makapag lodge it wont matter na yung age? Turning 33 po ako by May next year.

@czianczia28 may ITA na po kayo noh? Ma lock na po yang points nyo. Once visa is lodged, yung EOI nyo po Ma suspend na din..

@lecia nasa assessment process palang po ako. Kaya minamadali ko po lahat para at least umabot po before May 2020. Possible po ba na gumawa na ako ng account sa skill select then unti-untiin ko na po i-upload ang requirements?

@czianczia28 wala pa pong uploading ng docs sa skillselect, fill up lang po ng informations yan. Habang waiting po ng assessment nyo, ok na po ang language nyo? Make sure maximum points kayo para magka ITA kgad, para hindi na maabutan ng changes at hindi na din magbawas ng points mo.

Gather as much documents para pag may ITA ka na, lodge and upload kagad.

Hello @ms_ane thank you for your response. Yung experience po na yun ay within the last 10 years. 9months po sya from 2011 to 2012. Pero not claiming points for that kasi di ko na napa assess sa ACS due to lack of records. Ang worry ko lang baka pag dineclare ko, baka hingan ako ng proof kaso wala na akong records na naitago. Closed na din po yung company and pati bank account ko closed na din to prove that I was paid during my employment. Pero sige po declare ko nalang din sa Form 80, hopefully di na ako hanapan ng proof since I am not claiming for points para sa specific employment na yun.

@czianczia28 no point creating you profile on skilkselrct if your docs are not complete yet. Concentrate on your skills assessment first. That’s the make or break and also most tedious part.

pag sinabi bang “suitable skill assessment” para sa de facto/partner to claim 5 points ang criteria ba sa skills assessmeny will be based sa assessing body? like for example yung partner ko po wants to claim 5 points from me so kailangan ko ng positive skill assessment from CPA since acctg ang nominated skill ko. Partner is the primary applicant po and IMMI requirement to claim 5 points from me is competent english (at least 6), “suitable assessment...” etc.. nacoconfuse ako sa suitable assessment kasi sa CPA website General Migration required nila sa english is 7 pero sa IMMI website requirement lang for the partner to claim 5 points is “competent English”. anlin po ba talaga?

@marchbaby You will need to get 7 or equivalent in the English test if that is the required points for the CPA assessment.

@marchbaby you need to follow CPAA skills assessment requirements. kasi wala naman naka indicate diyan kung principal/dependant ka. they all treat applications equally.

Yes po tama ang understanding nyo, a single skilled applicant gets 10 points, as well as a skilled married applicant with skilled partner @hopefullyoz

If you are unable to obtain an employment reference on a company letterhead from your employer, a third party official Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague may be considered. A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit is a legally written statement declared to be true in the presence of an authorised witness, for example - a Notary Public. All Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must be clearly signed by an authorised witness. The document must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was made and witnessed.

If (you are) obtaining a Statutory Declaration or Affidavit outside Australia, please refer to an Australian Embassy or the legal standard of the country in which you are applying.

The Statutory Declaration or Affidavit must be written by a third party work colleague and NOT written by you, the applicant. Self-written Statutory Declaration or Affidavit will be assessed as not suitable.

A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague needs to describe the working relationship with you, the details of the duties you performed and with relevant dates of the employment. It is preferable that the work colleague writing the declaration be at a supervisory level.

An example of how to define a working relationship is as follows – "I can confirm that (applicant name) carried out the duties and roles specified in this document at (company name) as I was his/her (supervisor, colleague, manager etc.) who interacted with and witnessed his/her work on a regular basis throughout the employment."

All third party Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must include one of the following as supporting evidence: (these must be in relation to you, the applicant and not the declarant)
Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period
Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates
Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates
Employment contracts, offer letters or appointment letters will NOT be accepted as supporting evidence and only one of the 3 above mentioned documents should be submitted. All other types of supporting documentation for Statutory Declarations or Affidavits will be assessed as unsuitable.

Babalik ba ako sa bottom ng queue since magbabago din date of effect ko? And malalaman ba ng skillselect na expired na so hindi ako maiinvite unless iupdate ko?

@jaaarman Again, If you are unable to obtain an employment reference on a company letterhead from your employer (CURRENT OR PREVIOUS), a third party official Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague may be considered.

Pero sa tingen ko mas hindi complicated kung makakakuha ka ng company lettterhead from your previous and current employer.

- And malalaman ba ng skillselect na expired na so hindi ako maiinvite unless iupdate ko? -- Hindi malalaman ni skill select, and there is possibility na mainvite ka parin, BUT it is your responsibility to update all necessary details bago ka ma invite. Kung hindi, maghkakaproblema ka sa CO mo.

pwede ba ako mag apply ng EOI for 190/489 maski short ako ng 5/10 points at the moment? am expecting i will be given a 5/10 points for state nom sa tasmania. So magiging 65/70 na xa if positive and reply. turning 45 na kasi ako this Nov and the only chance na ma raise ko points before EOI application is to achieve a superior score in english test.

@Stassieh Pwede naman po pero don't expect Home Affairs to act on your EOI. Depending on the profession/skill, in most cases if you only have minimum points you are in the bottom of the selection list and will always be overtaken by those with higher points.

@Stassieh When you submit the EOI and you tick on 190/489 counted na sa total points mo yung +5/+10 from state sponsorship. So pwede ka na magsubmit ng EOI as long as your total points is already 65. Kaso you will not receive an ITA from Skillselect until Tasmania nominates you.

@Stassieh Nagsubmit ka na ba ng state sponsorship application sa Tasmania? Kasi usually part ng application dapat ideclare mo yung EOI number mo. Based on your post wala ka pang EOI pero parang you already applied for sponsorship sa Tasmania?

Question po, andito po ako sa Dubai ngayon tapos gagawa po ako ng statutory declaration for my job details sa previous work exp ko sa Pinas kasi ayaw po magbigay ng hr ng detailed coe. Tapos ipapapirma ko po sa dati kong superior na nasa pinas. Paano po ba yun SD? pwede po kaya ipanotarize sa pinas?
